【摘要】 历史文化村落本身不完全等同于有着重要历史价值的文物建筑,它代表了一定时期、一定地域的社会、文化、建筑技术发展水平,具有一定文物属性。又由于其物质形态上表现为以一定自然、人文环境为依托的历史建筑群,具有古代的建筑形态特征和现代居住聚落的功能属性。对其整体的保护普遍采取冻结式的保存或开发利用,其保护工作具有相当的复杂性和特殊性,这些都是近年来在历史文化村镇保护领域中广受关注的理论与实践热点。历次国家级和省级历史文化名村评选中广府历史文化村落都占有一定的比例,说明广府历史文化村落本身所具有的独特价值是被充分认可的,然而通过对以评选为历史文化名村的数个村落的调研与分析,结果却并不乐观,如村落中的建筑空置、破损现象严重,而相关的保护措施却无法落实等。究其原因涉及社会制度、经济、法律、技术等多方面的因素。本研究首先对广府村落中建筑进行价值评价,根据评价得分将历史建筑划分为文物性历史建筑和风貌性历史建筑两类,然后分别以两者为典型提出技术层面的保护措施和管理维护方面的初步建议。在一定程度上为村落中的历史建筑保护提供了可供参照的范本。更多还原

【Abstract】 Historical and cultural village itself is not exactly the same as the important heritage buildings who have an historical value, it represents a certain period of time and a certain area of the social, cultural, architectural technology development level,which is heritage property, but also because of its physical form of historical buildings based on a certain natural and cultural environment ,it has ancient morphological characteristics and the the functional attributes of modern living. The common type of the protection of them is to freeze them or make flexible use of them, The protection of them is considerable complexity and specificity, it is paid of widespread attention both in the field of theory and practice in recent yearsGuangfu traditional villages made a certain proportion in previous national and provincial historical and cultural selection, indicating that Guangfu historical and cultural village itself has a unique value and was fully recognized.However, by the research and analysis of several selected historical and cultural villages,the conclusion is not optimistic. Vacant buildings in the villages are seen everywhere,building damage is serious, and related protection measures are not implemented. The Reason relates to social, economic, legal, technical, and many other factors.This study focuses on the value of Guangfu historical and cultural village and then makes classification of non-heritage buildings into the category of heritage-historic buildings and features-historic buildings. Two typical of protection measures are proposed by the technical level and maintenance in the management of a preliminary proposal to a certain extent according to the two type of historical buildings,in order to provide templates for reference methods to those historic buildings threatened by the morden life in the villages .更多还原
