铁路客站地下集散空间设计研究

【摘要】 随着我国综合国力的提高和城市化进程的加快,我国铁路迎来了大发展的机遇期,铁路客站建设也随之进入快速阶段。我国铁路客运站规模向大型化发展,占用大量的土地资源,我国政策提倡节约土地资源,利用地下空间提高土地的利用效率成为一个重要的手段。另一方面,铁路客站作为城市一个重要的对外交通中心,引入地铁、公交等交通系统,容易形成城市综合交通枢纽,从过去单一客运功能的客站向“综合交通枢纽”转变,向多功能的方向发展,都要求对地下空间开发和利用。目前,我国铁路客运站地下空间的主要功能包括站房的辅助和设备用房、市政设施和集散功能。与国外铁路客运站地下空间集市政、集散、悠闲和娱乐于体的多功能复合体相比,我国铁路客站地下空间的利用显得单一化,主要应用于集散功能。随着时代的发展,铁路客站地下空间不仅要解决客站本身的集散功能,还要与城市地下公共空间的发展紧密联系,其城市的公共开放要求不断提高。本文以铁路客运站地下集散空间为研究对象,通过实地调研和查阅相关资料,着重分析铁路客运站地下集散空间中出站厅、联系通道和换乘功能的设计要点,尝试得出铁路客运站地下集散空间的设计原则和策略,希望能够对相关的理论探讨和设计实践提供一些有意义的借鉴和参考。本论文共有六章,章与章之间关系紧密,层层递进:第一章绪论,主要阐述选题的背景、意义、研究内容以及研究方法;第二章主要分析铁路客运站地下集散空间的发展状况;第三章以铁路客站地下集散空间作为研究对象,分析它的功能构成、功能特征和优缺点,并把国内外铁路客站地下集散空间进行比较分析;第四章是全文的重点,对铁路客站地下集散空间重要功能设计进行研究分析;第五章结合铁路客站地下集散空间的调研和实践经历,探索地下集散空间设计策略;第六章结论,对铁路客站地下集散空间研究的问题进行归纳和总结。

【Abstract】 With Chinese comprehensive national strength and the acceleration of urbanization, Chinese railway development ushered in the great opportunity of the railway station building is also subsequently enter the fast phase. The railway passenger to large-scale development, taking up a lot of land resources, Chinese policy to promote conservation of land, use of underground space to improve the efficiency of land use has become an important tool. On the other hand, the railway passenger terminal features from the past a single passenger station to the "integrated transport hub," change the direction of the multi-function, a "three-dimensional" model, requires the development and utilization of underground space.At present, Chinese underground railway passenger station house the main features include auxiliary and equipment buildings, municipal facilities and distribution capabilities. Underground Railway Passenger Station and foreign set of municipal services, distribution, leisure and entertainment in one multi-functional complex than the underground space in Chinese railway passenger station of the use of a single look, mainly used in distribution function. With the development, underground railway station passenger station not only to solve their own distribution function, but also with the Urban Underground Space Development in close contact with the public, the city’s public open requirements continue to increase.In this paper, railway passenger station underground distribution space for study, through field research and access to relevant information, analyzes the railway passenger station underground distribution space in the hall, contact channels and the transfer function of the design points, try to come to the Mass Transit Railway Passenger Station Distributed space design principles and strategies, hoping to explore the related theory and design practice to provide some meaningful reference and reference. The thesis comprises six chapters, the relationship between the chapter and the chapter close, progressive layers:The first chapter, mainly on the topics of the background, meaning, content and research methods;The second chapter analyzes the passenger station underground distribution space development; Chapter three underground railway station distribution space as a study object, its function composition, functional characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, and the underground railway station at home and abroad a comparative analysis of spatial distribution;The fourth chapter is the key text on the underground railway station design points of distribution space research and analysis;Chapter underground railway station distribution with space research and practice experience, explore underground distribution space design strategy;Chapter conclusion of the Mass Transit Railway Station on issues of distribution space research and summarized.
