基于LabVIEW的CO2汽车空调系统实验平台的研制

【摘要】 近年来随着全球性气候的变化,环保问题广受重视,CO2作为“21世纪最具前景的制冷剂”,在汽车空调领域具有非常好的直用前景。而具有高效、耐压、体积小、制冷剂充灌量少等优点的平行流式微通道换热器是目前汽车空调领域的研究热点。本文以研究CO2:汽车空调系统直用中的高效换热微通道平行流式气体冷却器(简称“微笑平气冷器”)为目标,构建跨临界CO2汽车空调系统实验平台,运用LaBvIEw软件对测控系统的虚拟仪器系统平台进行设计,实现本测控系统三大功能:数据获取与采集、被控量的控制、数据结果显示与储存,根据所测实验数据进行CO2:在身长平气冷器内流动和传热规律的实验研究。在阐述国内外研究现状和分忻身长通道内CO2:跨临界制冷换热特性基础上,本文针对跨临界CO2汽车空调系统实验平台功能要求,利用LahvIEw虚拟仪器软件为工作平台,研制出一套基于LahvIEw的CO2汽车空调系统实验平台。依据实验平台系统构成及其工作原理,明确了实验平台需要实现的功能要求,构建了包括跨临界CO2循环系统和测控系统的实验平台,设计了以Art usB2080数据采集卡为核心的测控系统硬件组成及控制方案,用Lab VIEw软件开发了实验平台的软件系统。本实验平台利用了计算机技术,实现参数的检测和控制,检测结果显示直观、易于操作。本文最后搭建了实验平台,对软硬件功能联调,根据选定的实验内容和实验工况,在实验平台上进行了微平气冷器中CO2:流动与换热实验,并对系统实验结果进行了分忻。实验过程表明构建的实验平台系统性能稳定安全可靠。

【Abstract】 In recent years, as global climate changing, environmental issues have gained widely concerns. CO2 as the 21st century most potential refrigerant in the field of automotive air conditioning applications is very prospective. Moreover, micro-channel parallel flow heat exchanger with advantages of high efficiency, compression resistance, small size, less refrigerant filling is the hot topic in automotive air conditioning research.In order to study the efficient heat transfer characteristics of micro-channel parallel flow gas cooler (MPGC) in CO2 automotive air conditioning applications, an experiment platform for transcritical CO2 automobile air conditioning system is built, using LabVIEW to design virtual instrument platform of the measurement & control system, which realizes three major functions: data acquisition and collection, control, data display and storage of results. According to the experimental results, flowing and heat transferring of CO2 in the MPGC is studied.Referring to the research of MPGC status around the world and analyzing heat transfer characteristics of transcritical CO2 refrigeration in micro-channel, A set of CO2 automobile air conditioning system experiment platform based on LabVIEW which meet transcritical CO2automobile air conditioning system experiment platform functional requirements is developed and designed.The experiment platform including transcritical CO2 circulatory system and measurement & control system is built according to the experiment platform structure, its work principle, and the functional requirements for experiment platform, and it uses Art USB2080 DAQ as core hardware of the measurement & control system and control method, with the LabVIEW as software system. With the computer technology, the experiment platform can detect and control parameters, show test results intuitively and operated easily.Finally, an experiment platform is set up with the combination of hardware and software. According to the selected contents of experiments and experimental conditions, flowing and heat transferring experiments of CO2 in the MPGC is carried out and the experimental test results are analyzed. The experiments results show that the experiment platform works stabile, safe and reliable.
