基于芯样的沥青路面结构层疲劳断裂性能符合性检验

【摘要】 疲劳开裂是沥青路面的一项主要的损坏形式,保证沥青路面的疲劳寿命在设计使用年限之上是沥青路面设计的一项重要原则,沥青路面结构层材料的疲劳断裂性能直接关系到沥青路面的疲劳寿命,因此有必要进行施工质量对于设计的沥青路面结构层疲劳断裂性能符合性检验,保证实际铺筑的沥青路面结构层(而不是拌合厂拌制的沥青混合料)具有设计的疲劳断裂性能。芯样是从沥青路面钻取出来的一部分,它包含了已建成沥青路面结构层几乎所有的信息,其可以作为沥青路面结构层疲劳断裂性能符合性检验的样品。考虑到符合性检验需要对芯样进行快键、方便的试验检测,本研究决定采用一种近年来在欧美流行的半圆弯拉疲劳断裂试验方法,加载系统为MTS 810电子油压伺服闭环材料测试系统,研究对象为复配试件(设计混合料)、取料试件(成品混合料)、取芯试件(路面结构层混合料)三者之间的疲劳断裂性能符合性关系。疲劳断裂寿命表征了试件抵抗循环荷载作用的能力,可以作为试件疲劳断裂性能的评价指标;试件竖向变形速率反映了试件裂缝扩展的长度、宽度随着时间的变化情况,表征了试件抵抗疲劳断裂的能力,可以作为试件疲劳断裂性能的评价指标。对比两个评价指标,发现两者之间不完全符合,但有很好的相关性,能共同表征混合料的疲劳断裂性能。以疲劳断裂寿命和竖向变形速率作为评价指标,依托项目复配试件和取料试件的疲劳断裂性能符合性较好,表明承包人所使用的原材料、拌和楼稳定性都较好;芯样试件和复配试件、取料试件相比,其疲劳断裂性能则要比后两者差很多,表明沥青路面施工的运输、摊铺、碾压环节对沥青混合料的疲劳断裂性能影响大,承包人的前场控制存在很多问题,这直接影响了建成沥青路面结构层的疲劳断裂性能。

【Abstract】 Fatigue cracking of asphalt pavement is a major form of damage, ensuring that the fatigue life of asphalt pavement on top of the design life is an important principle of asphalt pavement design, asphalt pavement layer materials’fatigue fracture property is directly related to Fatigue life of asphalt pavement, so it is necessary to do the corresponding examination of asphalt pavement layer fatigue fracture performance between construction quality and design, ensure that the actual asphalt pavement layer (not mixing plant mixing asphalt mixture) with the design of the fatigue fracture Performance.Core samples are drilled out from asphalt pavement, which contain almost all information of the asphalt pavement layer, so it can be used as the samples of asphalt pavement layer’s corresponding examination of the fatigue fracture property. Considering the corresponding examination needing to test for core samples quickly and easily, this study decided to use a semi-circle fatigue fracture test method that was popular in European and American in recent years, loading system is the MTS 810 servo-hydraulic closed-loop electronic materials Test system. The object of study is the corresponding relationship of the fatigue fracture behavior between the specimen by reworked mixture (design mixture), the specimen by taking mixture from field (product mixture), and the specimen by taking core sample from pavement (pavement layer mixture).The fatigue fracture life can characterize the specimen’s ability to resist cyclic loading, and can be used as evaluation index of specimen’s fatigue fracture property; Vertical deformation rate of specimen reflects the expansion situation of the specimen crack’s length and width over time, characterizes the specimen’s ability to resist by fatigue fracture, and can be used as evaluation index of specimen’s fatigue fracture property. Comparing the two evaluation index, can find the two is not fully consistent with, but there are very good correlation, and can characterize the fatigue fracture property of mixture together.The fatigue fracture life and vertical deformation rate are used as the evaluation index, the fatigue fracture property of the specimen by reworked mixture and the specimen by taking mixture from field shows good correspondence ,indicates the raw materials, mixing plant’s stability are good. the specimen by taking core sample from pavement comparing with the specimen by reworked mixture and the specimen by taking mixture from field, the former’s fatigue fracture performance is much worse than the latter two, indicates that the transporting, paving, crushing parts of asphalt pavement construction impact the fatigue fracture Performance of asphalt mixture , there are many problems in the contractor’s field control, which directly affect the asphalt pavement layer’s fatigue fracture performance.
