三槽式氧化沟污水处理工艺研究

【摘要】 三槽式氧化沟污水处理工艺于二十世纪八十年代被引进我国,具有工艺流程简单、能连续处理污水而不需设置二沉池,建筑物少,管理简单,对进出水水质指标适应性强,占地少和有较好的脱氮效果等优点。继邯郸市东污水处理厂采用三槽式氧化沟处理工艺后,新沂市城市污水处理厂、张家港市污水处理厂、常熟市城北污水处理厂等城市污水处理厂都采用此工艺,在污水处理工程中应用较广。本课题主要通过统计2005-2009年佛山桂城污水处理厂传统氧化沟与三槽式氧化沟的运行数据,得出特定温度、pH、MLSS、溶解氧水平环境下对CODcr、悬浮物、NH3-N去除率的影响,统计结果表明:1.三槽式氧化沟处理日常生活用水后的CODcr,SS与NH3-N基本符合GB18918-2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》的二级标准排放,三槽式氧化沟基本满足城镇污水处理的要求。2.除了CODcr进水浓度低于500mg/L时,去除率受进水浓度的突变影响较大以外,氧化沟在进水浓度突然波动时受到的影响较小,体系稳定性比较好。3. CODcr和SS的去除率随着进水浓度的增加有上升的趋势,但没有线性变化关系,NH3-N的去除率没有受进水浓度的变化影响。4.在11-30℃的温度区间内,温度对CODcr、SS和NH3-N的去除率基本没有影响。5. pH在7.50-7.62的区间各项检测项目出现低去除率的机会相对较小。6.溶解氧在1.1mg/L-4.7mg/L时NH3-N的去除率相对比较理想。7. MLSS的增加时CODcr的去除率呈波动下降的趋势。8.三槽式氧化沟CODcr、SS和NH3-N的处理效果也比传统氧化沟优胜。总结可得,pH在7.50-7.62,溶解氧在1.1mg/L-4.7mg/L和较低MLSS浓度时,三槽式氧化沟对CODcr、SS和NH3-N的处理条件较佳。

【Abstract】 Triple oxidation ditch treatment process have imported to our country from nineteen eighties. It has the advantages of simple processes; continous treatment without secondary sedimentation tank; less building; simply management, adaptable for effluent wastewater; less ground demand and satisfactory nitrogen removal result. After Handan sewage treatment plant have adopted triple oxidation ditch treatment process, Xinyi sewage treatment plant, Zhangjiagang sewage treatment plant, Changshu north city sewage treatment plant and so on sewage treatment plant have adopted this treatment process. It’s used widely in wastewater treatment engineering.This subject statistic the triple oxidation ditch data of Guicheng sewage treatment plant. Find out the effect of CODcr, SS, NH3-N removal rate in certain temperature, pH, MLSS, dissolved oxygen. The statistic results shows that:1. The wastewater CODcr, SS and NH3-N meets GB18918-2002 <City sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard> secondary standard after treated by triple oxidation ditch. Triple oxidation ditch meets basic needs of city wastewater treatment.2. Except the CODcr influent concentration lower than 500mL, the removal rate suffer bigger effect from influent concentration than other enviroments and items. System stability is good.3. The removal rate of CODcr and SS rise with increased of influent concentration, but it is without linear change relatives. NH3-N removal rate didn’t influence by influent concentration.4. CODcr, SS and NH3-N nearly no influence by temperature between 11-30℃.5. The chance of low removal rate in pH between 7.50-7.62 is lower than other range.6. NH3-N removal rate achieve better results when dissolved oxygen between 1.1mg/L to 4.7mg/L.7. CODcr removal rate goes down when MLSS increses.8. Triple oxidation ditch CODcr, SS and NH3-N removal rate is better than traditional oxidation ditch.To sum up, triple oxidation ditch will obtain a good performance of CODcr, SS and NH3-N in pH range between 7.50-7.62, dissolved oxygen between 1.1mg/L-4.7mg/L and low MLSS level.
