【摘要】 目的：探讨子宫切除术后2年患者绝经综合征症状出现的情况,了解子宫切除术对女性卵巢功能的影响。方法：选择本院2008年5月-2009年2月因子宫良性病变行子宫切除术保留双侧卵巢的患者37例作为观察组,年龄35-45岁,术前未绝经患者,近3月来未使用过性激素治疗。其中子宫肌瘤26例,子宫腺肌症9例,宫颈上皮内瘤样病变CINⅢ级2例。选择同年龄段因阴道炎于门诊就诊的正常妇女30例作为观察组,以电话随访和问卷调查的形式了解两组绝经综合征症状,用围绝经期及绝经后症状评分法(Kuppermann评分法)进行评分,并检验两组性腺激素水平。结果：术后两年观察组绝经综合症出现率为(32.43%),对照组为(10%),两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组性腺激素E2,FSH、LH与对照组相比,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),结论：子宫切除术后2年妇女较同龄保有子宫的妇女提前出现绝经综合征症状,症状特点以主观精神神经系统症状较为明显,有卵巢提早出现功能减退的情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Two years after hysterectomy in patients with symptoms of menopausal syndrome, the situation appears to understand the hysterectomy on ovarian function in women. Methods:A hospital in May 2008-2009 in February due to benign uterine hysterectomy with bilateral ovarian retained as the study group 37 patients, aged 35-45 years old, premenopausal patients before surgery, nearly 3 months not used hormone therapy. Of which 25 cases of uterine fibroids, adenomyosis,9 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia CINⅢ2 cases,1 case of cornual pregnancy. Select the same age in the clinic because of vaginal 30 cases of normal women as the observation group were followed up by telephone survey in the form of understanding and two symptoms of menopausal syndrome with perimenopausal and postmenopausal symptoms score (Kuppermann score) rate, and test two groups of gonadal hormone levels. Results:After two years of menopause syndrome study group there was (32.43%), the control group (10%), two groups were significantly (P<0.05), the observation group sex hormones FSH, LH were a significant increase compared with the preoperative, two groups were significantly (P<0.05), Conclusion:2 years after hysterectomy than women, women with a uterus to keep ahead of the same age menopause syndrome symptoms appear,the characteristic of complaint is nervous system symptom is more obviously, there is the case of premature ovarian failure.更多还原
