抗车辙剂改性沥青混合料关键参数设计及路用性能研究

【摘要】 我国公路建设总里程逐年增加,极大地促进了经济社会的发展。然而,我国公路病害现象突出,其中车辙是主要病害之一。本文简述了车辙病害的形成机理和预防措施,提出抗车辙剂的应用,分析了抗车辙剂的作用机理。路能抗车辙剂是一种新型的抗车辙类产品。本文以路能抗车辙剂改性沥青混合料的设计方法及其对混合料路用性能的改善效果为主要研究内容。通过室内多组试验数据,运用数学计算方法,确定了该抗车辙剂最佳的拌和温度、干拌时间以及合理的掺量范围等关键设计参数,得出较合理的混合料制备流程;比较了添加不同掺量抗车辙剂的AC-16型沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性指标,发现添加抗车辙剂能显著提高沥青混合料的动稳定度,同时能改善沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能和水稳定性能;由于考虑了整个碾压过程中的累积永久变形,运用动抗压强度指标来辅助评价混合料的高温性能是非常合理、必要的;比较了不同级配(粗型、细型、中值)混合料掺加抗车辙剂的性能,得出粗型级配的敏感性更高;不同结合料沥青混合料的路用性能以及更高温度下的抗车辙性能,充分体现掺加抗车辙剂的改性方式在提高沥青混合料高温稳定性方面的优越性,得出路能抗车辙剂改性沥青混合料代替SBS改性沥青混合料的可行性;模拟高温以及有水的严酷环境,进行混合料的高温抗车辙性能试验,得出相关结论。

【Abstract】 The total length of Chinese highway construction is increasing year by year, which greatly promot the development of economic and society. However, the phenomena of highway diseases are serious and rut is one of the major diseases. This paper describes the formation mechanism of rutting disease and preventive measures, proposes the application of anti-rutting additive, analyses the mechanism of anti-rutting additive. The LUNENG anti-rutting additive is a new type of polymer modified agent for modified asphalt mixture.In this paper, the main content focus on the design method on the asphalt mixture mixed with LUNENG anti-rutting additive and the effects of performance improvement after adding LUNENG anti-rutting additive. Firstly, by groups of the laboratory test data and mathematical calculation, the key design parameters such as the best mixing temperature, the dry mixing time and a reasonable dosage range of this anti-rutting additive were determined. A reasonable mixture preparation process was obtained.Secondly, the AC-16 asphalt mixtures with various doses of anti-rutting additive were tested, including high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water stability. The conclusion was that anti-rutting additive can significantly improve the asphalt mixture’s dynamic stability, while improving the performance of low temperature crack resistance and water stability.Thirdly, in consideration of the total permanent deformation in the whole rolling process, the use of dynamic compressive strength as the aided evaluation of high temperature performance of mixture is very reasonable and necessary.Fourthly, the performance of asphalt mixtrures with anti-rutting additive can be compared in the following three gradations (coarse type, fine type, mid-value).And the coarse type gradation is more sensitivity.Fifthly, road performance of asphalt mixtrures with different asphalt binders and anti-rutting performance in higher temperature were tested. The superiority of the modified way of adding anti-rutting additive was fully reflected in improving the high temperature stability. The asphalt mixture modified by LUNENG anti-rutting additive can take the place of SBS modified asphalt mixtureFinally, the anti-rutting experiments of asphalt mixture were done to simulate the harsh environment in high temperature as well as water.And relevant conclusions were drawn.
