改性沥青混合料应力吸收层结合料的组成与性能研究

【摘要】 在旧路加铺沥青罩面层与新建刚性或半刚性基层的沥青路面结构中设置应力吸收层,能够较好地解决出现的反射裂缝问题,受到了人们越来越多地关注。但长期以来,国内外对应力吸收层结合料的研究相对较少,应力吸收层结合料的制备方法和评价体系一直没有形成,这就限制了其在旧路改建和新建公路中的推广应用。本文按照应力吸收层结合料的技术要求,通过多因素试验设计方法,分析了基质沥青、改性剂、稳定剂、相容剂及改性工艺等不同因素对应力吸收层结合料性能的影响,提出了适合于应力吸收层结合料技术要求的最佳改性方案。应力吸收层要求其结合料具有优良的低温抗裂性能,通过测力延度试验,对自行研发的结合料Sampave进行了低温性能评价指标研究,并验证其混合料的低温抗裂性能,提出了将(Fl-Fz)/(Fo-Fz)和W2/W1两个参数作为应力吸收层沥青结合料的低温性能评价指标;针对改性沥青在使用过程中的离析现象,采用离析试验方法,对自行研发的结合料Sampave进行了热稳定性评价,结果表明:在规定的存储时间内,离析差满足规范要求;另外,通过模拟沥青在储运、施工过程的稳定性试验,表明Sampave特种改性沥青结合料具有良好的工艺稳定性。本文选取Sampave、三种常用改性沥青和一种基质沥青,根据SHRP规范推荐的试验方法,进行了上述五种沥青的高温、中温和低温的流变性能性究,结果表明:Sampave具有较好的抗老化性能,并具有良好的低温抗裂和中温抗疲劳性能。

【Abstract】 Setting the stress absorbing layer in the structures of the asphalt overlay on old concrete and newly built asphalt pavement on rigid or semirigid base can well solve the problem of the reflective cracks, more and more engineers and technicians are focusing on it. But for a long time, the domestic studies on it are few. Therefore, the application of the the stress absorbing layer is limited in the reconstruction projects.According to the technical requirements of the stress absorbing layer, this paper analysed the influences of the basic asphalt, modifier, stabilizer, compatilizer and the modified technology on the asphalt performances of the stress absorbing layer. Meanwhile, it also proposed the optimum modified formula.As the stress absorbing layer requires its asphalt to have good low temperature performance, this paper studied on the low temperature evaluation indexs of the Sampave asphalt through the force ductility test, and verified the anti-cracking performance of the asphalt mixture in the cold conditions, it put forward (Fl-Fz)/(Fo-Fz) and W2/W1 as the low temperature evaluation indexs of the asphalt. Based on the segregation phenomenon of the modified asphalt during the transportation and storage, it researched the thermal stability of the Sampave asphalt through the segregation test, the result indicated that D-value of the segregation could meet the requirements of the specification. Furthermore, the results of the stability test during the transportation and storage showed that Sampave asphalt had the better performance of heat stability.This paper chose five kinds asphalt which included the Sampave, three types of the modified asphalt and the basic asphalt to study on the rheological performances in the high, middle and low temperature.The results proved that the Sampave asphalt had the better anti-aged performance, the better anti-cracking performance in the low temperature and the better anti-fatigue performance in the room temperature.
