城市轨道交通计算机联锁系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 随着城市的快速发展、城市人口的快速增长,大城市居民出行难的问题越来越严重。以地铁、轻轨为代表的城市轨道交通系统具有运量大,快速、安全、准时、节能、舒适、污染轻等特点,在现代大城市中越来越起着重要的作用。但针对轨道交通的核心系统--信号系统关键技术研究和整体系统设计,目前成为我国轨道交通行业迫切需要解决的一项重要课题。计算机联锁系统作为轨道交通信号系统的一个子系统,负责保障列车按照信号指示安全行车。本文根据轨道交通信号系统的应用要求,根据故障导向安全的原则,研究并设计了计算机联锁系统的总体结构,硬件系统及软件功能模块,并定义了与其他信号子系统列车自动监督系统(ATS)和列车自动保护系统(ATP)之间的数据交换。同时针对联锁系统所控制的不同对象,设计了信号机控制模块,道岔控制模块和通用的数字量输入输出模块。并根据联锁系统的接口如站台屏蔽门、站台紧急停车按钮,防淹门的技术需求,定义了各自的接口功能,设计了相应的接口电路图。最后通过故障树的方法对计算机联锁系统的可靠性、可用性、可维护性与安全性RAMS进行研究与分析。本文的研究有助于解决计算机联锁系统的一些关键技术,对提高国内计算机联锁系统的研究水平有一定促进作用。

【Abstract】 Along with the rapid development of urban and the quick increament of population, the traffic problem in the big city is more and more serious. The mass transit system with metro or light rail as the respesented have the feature of large transportation, fast, safety, on time, energy-save, comfortablity and low pollution, and take more and more important role in the big city. But the research of the core technology and engineering of signaling system for mass transit project is urgent to be resolved in the fields of transportation. Computer interlocking system was an importand subsystem of mass transit signaling system, which was responsible for the safety of train proceeding by the indication of signal.Due to the requirement of mass transit signaling system, base on the fail-safety rule, this paper describe the overall structure of interlocking system, hardware system and software module, and defined the data exchange for automatic train supervisor subsystem and automatic train protection subsystem. Meanwhile, according to the different control object of interlocking system, the signal control module, point control module and general digital input/output module was designed. Due to the technical requirement of the interface of platform screen door, emergency pluger and floodgate, the interface function was defined and the interface circuit diagram was engineeringed. Finally, the reliability, availblity, maintainability and safety (RAMS) of interlocking system were anlaysed by the failure tree method.The research of this paper make the contribution for sloving the key technology of computer interlocking sytem, and it improvess the research level of signaling system.to some extent.
