抛丸养护车低速行驶驱动系统研究

【摘要】 路桥表面的抛丸处理对提高沥青或涂料与路桥表面的黏结强度、增大水泥混凝土路面或沥青混凝土路面的摩擦力能起到重要作用。路桥表面抛丸处理作为一种新型的路桥表面处理工艺在国内尚处于起步阶段,其设备低速行驶性能的改善是提高施工质量的重要环节,对推广抛丸养护工艺有重要意义。本文依据抛丸养护车的设计要求,在对几种车辆常见低速行驶方案研究论证的基础上,选定了机械液压联合传动方案;对动力系统系统发动机、液压系统参数、液压系统主要元器件进行了选型计算与校核;进行了机械液压联合传动系统仿真研究,从获得稳定车速和提高传动系统效率两方面考虑,得出各档的推荐车速范围;为了避免车辆起步过程对施工质量的影响,工作装置应在车辆行驶系统启动2s后再开始工作;为了保证安全制动,车辆的自动控制系统应使抛丸机在制动开始时立刻停止工作,为控制系统的安全设计与控制提供了依据。仿真结果显示低速行驶系统匹配合理,车辆可在常用速度范围内都具有良好的低速作业性能和安全性能。

【Abstract】 The shot-blasting treatment of the road and bridge can improve the bond strength between the asphalt or the coating and the surface of the road and bridge. It can also play an important role in the increasing of the friction for the cement concrete pavement and the asphalt concrete pavement. As a new type of treatment for the pavement, the shot-blasting treatment is at the stage in domestic. The improvement of driving performance at low speed is an important way to increase the construction quality. This improvement can simultaneously expand the shot-blasting treatment in pavement maintenance.Based on the requirement of the design for shot-blasting vehicles and the research of drive plans at low speed for some common vehicles, the plan of hydrostatic-mechanical transmission system is finally defined. Calculating and checking of the parameters of engine and hydraulic main components are completed. The simulation for the hydro-mechanical transmission system is finished. In order to acquire the steady speed and the high efficiency of transmission, the recommending speed for each gear are identified. Aiming to avoiding the influence of construction quality in the process of starting the car, the device of vehicle begin to work after the starting of driving system at least for 2 seconds. Owing to guarantee the safety of braking, the auto control system of vehicle stops the device at the beginning of the brake. This implementation provides the evidence for the safe design of control system. The result of simulation shows the reasonability of matching and the good working performance and safety in the usual speed range of vehicle.
