基于视频分析的沥青拌和料配比监控系统

【摘要】 沥青拌和料配比的好坏直接影响沥青路面质量的优劣,但在长期的道路施工过程中,一直没有一种有效的监控手段来防止拌和料的配比信息被篡改。论文在对国内外各类监控系统进行充分调研和分析的基础上,设计了基于视频分析的沥青拌和料配比监控系统,实现了沥青拌和料配比信息的快速、实时监控。论文主要研究了沥青拌和料配比监控系统的视频采集、视频处理及结果分析、显示、存储等关键技术问题。在综合分析现场及实际情况后,详细介绍了视频监控系统的工作原理、硬件组成结构、软件设计及实现方法,并对视频采集和分析技术进行了重点研究,然后提出了高速数字信号处理器平台下应用视频采集技术实现对沥青混合料实际配比及拌和站机械操作动作的捕获方法。最后设计了基于无线网络与有线网络相结合的信息传输模块,实现了拌和料配比的远程监控,据此可以快速准确的完成沥青拌和站拌料配比信息的远程监控及报警。本文设计的沥青拌和料配比监控系统已经用于高速公路建设施工现场的数据信息监控,实现了沥青混合料的配比和温度信息的快速采集、海量数据信息的交互式检索与显示。该系统为沥青道路建设施工信息管理、道路施工进度和道路施工性能评估、提供了快速有效的技术手段,可有效提升交通行业沥青道路施工质量的评估和管理水平。

【Abstract】 The asphalt mixing material ratio has a direct impact on the quality of the asphalt pavement, but there is not an effective monitoring method to prevent the mixing material ratio information from being tampered until now. On the basis of analyzing various domestic and international monitoring systems, this paper designs the asphalt mixing materials ratio monitoring system based on video analysis. This realizes the rapid and real-time monitoring of asphalt mixing materials ratio information.This paper mainly studies the video collection, video processing and analysis of the results, display, storage, and other key technical problems of the asphalt mixing material ratio monitoring system. After comprehensive analysis of field and actual circumstances, this paper introduces the working principle, hardware structure, the software design and realization method of video monitoring system in detail. And the video collection and analysis techniques are mainly studied. Under the platform of the high speed digital signal processor, this paper puts forward a method that using the video collection technologies to realize the method of capturing actual ratio of asphalt mixture and mixing station mechanical operation action. Finally, this paper designs the information transmission algorithm based on combining of wireless network and wired network to realize the remote monitoring of the mixing materials ratio. This can finish the remote monitoring and warning of the asphalt mixing and station’s mixing materials ratio information rapidly and accurately.The asphalt mixing material ratio monitoring system proposed by papers has been used in highway construction site data information monitoring. It realizes the rapid collection of proportion and temperature information of asphalt mixture, the interactive retrieval and display of massive data information The system provides fast and effective techniques for asphalt pavement construction information management, road construction schedule and road construction performance evaluation. It can effectively enhance the assessment and management level of the asphalt road construction in transportation.
