新疆公路沥青路面典型结构形式研究

【摘要】 路面状况的好坏将直接影响到车辆的行驶舒适性和安全性。路面结构的合理设计是保障安全行驶和切实服务经济建设的先决条件。我国目前已经拥有比较完善的沥青路面结构设计理论和方法,主要解决了路面结构的厚度计算问题,对结构组合、材料选择及组成要求等也作了指导性的建议。在实际工程设计中,要在规范指导下针对当地的交通条件、材料来源和自然环境条件进行路面结构设计。如何在我国路面设计规范的指导下,根据工程地点的气候、地质条件和材料来源等进行合理的路面结构设计,显得十分重要。本文依托新疆沥青路面设计及施工技术指南项目,主要从新疆沥青路面结构形式、病害类型及成因、交通量调查与分级以及沥青路面结构层参数对厚度的影响进行系统分析。借助野外调查及检测数据,统计分析了新疆沥青路面病害,并对现有沥青路面结构类型进行了评价;基于交通流量调查与整理,给出新疆公路交通量等级划分范围。通过分析沥青路面结构层设计参数对路面典型厚度的影响,研究得出了结构层参数与厚度关系。最后综合考虑气候分区,对不同等级道路下的各个荷载类型进行了探讨,研究推荐出了新疆沥青路面典型结构类型。总之,开展新疆沥青路面典型结构形式的研究,最终将有效的为设计及施工单位提供科学指导意见。

【Abstract】 Good or bad road conditions will directly affect on traffic comfort and safety. The rational design of pavement structure is a prerequisite for ensuring to drive safely and server economic construction effectively. Currently, we have more complete theoretical methods of asphalt pavement structural design, which mainly have solved the thickness computational problem of the pavement structure, and given more guiding suggestions for structural combinations, material selection and composition requirements. However, in practical engineering design, we should design pavement construction specifically according to the local traffic conditions material sources and natural conditions.how to design pavement construction rationally and specifically, according to the different climates, geological conditions and material sources of the site locations, has become very important.This paper relies on the research of Asphalt Pavement Design and Construction Guide items for Xinjiang, it mainly systematic analysis from asphalt pavement structure, types of diseases and causes of the traffic survey and grading, and asphalt pavement layer parameters effect the thickness. Through investigation and test data, statistical analysis the Asphalt Pavement damage, and evaluate the existing asphalt pavement type; on the base of traffic flow surveys and order, it given the traffic volume graded on Highway. Through analysis the affection that the asphalt pavements design parameters affection on the road typical thickness, to obtained the relationship of the structural layer parameters and the road thickness. At last, considering climatic zoning, discussion on the different road grades under all load types, recommended the typical asphalt pavement structure type.In a short, to carry out study on the typical asphalt pavement structure for Xinjiang, finally, it will be effective provide scientific guidance for the design and construction units.
