水泥稳定碎石基层强度控制与铺筑质量研究

【摘要】 资料表明,在我国已修建的各等级公路中,90%以上是使用以水泥稳定材料和石灰、粉煤灰稳定材料为代表的半刚性材料作为基层材料。半刚性基层沥青路面整体强度、抗永久变形能力均较强,然而,半刚性材料对温度和湿度变化比较敏感,容易产生干缩裂缝和温度收缩裂缝。路面裂缝不仅会削弱路面的整体平整度,而且导致雨水等路表水浸入路面结构而得不到及时排出,就会进一步降低基层的强度。水泥稳定碎石基层属半刚性沥青路面的主要承重层,在具体施工中强度的大小,与基层施工质量的好坏密切相关;基层铺筑质量的好坏又直接关系到整体路面结构的使用性能和服务年限。本文通过理论分析和大量的试验数据,对基层强度和铺筑质量进行了系统研究。基层强度分为成型试件的无侧限抗压强度和现场的压实度两部分,无侧限抗压强度主要结合成型方式、级配类型、水泥剂量、养生条件这四个方面分析强度的变异性;再是通过对现场压实度控制情况分析研究影响压实度变化的因素。铺筑质量研究是指对7d养生结束后基层的平整度、裂缝以及芯样进行分析研究。本文结合水泥稳定碎石基层、底基层的平整度以及裂缝情况,分析原因及提出相应的防治措施;结合基层钻取的芯样,判定结构层的整体性,并对芯样进行无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度以及抗冲刷性能试验,分析基层的承载能力及抗冲刷性能。

【Abstract】 Data show that China has built highways in each grade,90% are stable material used in cement and lime, fly ash stabilized materials represented by the semi-rigid material as the base materials.Semi-rigid asphalt pavement whole strength and the resistance to permanent deformation are strong, however, semi-rigid material changes in temperature and humidity sensitive, prone to shrinkage cracks and temperature shrinkage cracks. Pavement will not only weaken the overall roughness of the road, and in particular the rainwater from the pavement cracks and not get immersed in a timely manner discharge, will further reduce the strength of base. Cement-stabilized crushed stones asphalt pavement is a semi-rigid main load-bearing layer, the strength of the strength in concrete construction, and construction quality is closely related to good or bad; primary paved the quality of the construction quality is directly related to the use of pavement structure performance and service life.By a large number of test data and the analysis of theory, this paper has systematically studied base strength and construction quality. Forming base strength of the specimen is divided into the unconfined compressive strength and degree of compaction scene of two parts, with unconfined compressive strength of the main forming method, gradation type, cement dosage, and curing conditions, the strength of these four aspects of variability; and then through the on-site analysis of compaction control the situation changes in the factors that affect the degree of compaction. Construction quality study refers to end of 7d curing the roughness of the end of the base, cracks, and core samples were analyzed. Combination of cement stabilized gravel, sub-base and crack the smoothness of the situation, analyze the causes and propose appropriate the prevention and cure measures; combination of base drilling of core samples to determine the integrity of the structure layer, and core samples of unconfined resistance compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and anti-erosion performance tests, analysis of the bearing capacity of base and anti-erosion properties.
