WSS注浆预加固技术在黄土地铁隧道中的应用研究

【摘要】 注浆预加固施工虽然在北京地铁、广州地铁、深圳地铁得到了很好的应用,效果也很明显,但在西安的黄土地层中尚属首次大规模应用,其效果如何还存在争议。加之注浆预加固工程多属隐蔽工程,其施工效果检测评价要比地面工程复杂得多,因此合理的评价注浆效果显得尤为重要。本文结合西安地铁一号线朝阳门站-康复路站区间左线隧道WSS工法注浆预加固技术的实施,对wSS工法注浆进行了简要介绍,并在此基础上结合实际工程情况和以往工程经验对注浆参数进行了合理的设计。为了更好的评价注浆施工效果,一方面利用有限元软件ANSYS建立了计算模型,针对未注浆、已注浆两种工况下断面开挖过程中的初期支护受力和掌子面塑性变形区的发展情况进行数值模拟;另一方面设计检测方案,通过现场观测、现场取样和室内试验测定土体的各项性能指标,并将其与注浆前土体的各项指标进行对比,从而评价注浆效果。得出结论:注浆预加固施工取得了良好的效果。

【Abstract】 The construction of grouting pre-reinforcement has got a very good application in the subway of Beijing,Guangzhou and Shenzhen,its effect is obvious. But it is the first time for its large-scale application in the loess stratum of Xi’an,its effect remains controversial.And the projects of grouting pre-reinforcement are concealed works,the testing and evaluation of the effect of construction are much more complicated than the Surface engineering,so it is very important to evaluate the effect of grouting reasonably.This paper based on the implementation of grouting pre-reinforcement with the WSS method between the Chaoyang subway and Kangfulu subway of the left line of the Xi’an metro line 1, introducing the WSS method briefly, designing the parameters of grouting rationally combined with practical engineering and past engineering experience, in order to evaluate the effect of grouting more better, on the one hand,setting up the computational model with finite element software ANSYS,the numerical simulation based on the stress of primary support and the development of the plastic zone of heading face under two working cases non-grouted and grouted in the process of section excavation; on the other hand, designing detection scheme, by field observation,on-site sampling, assaying performance index of soil by indoor experiment,and comparing with the performance index of non-grouted soil,to evaluate the effect of grouting. Come to a conclusion:the construction of grouting pre-reinforcement make a good effect.
