太佳高速公路隧道风险评估与灾害防治研究

【摘要】 伴随着我国高速公路建设,特别是山区高速公路的发展,山岭隧道大规模的修建,致使隧道施工风险事故逐年上升,隧道施工风险问题越来越受人们关注,因此有效的开展隧道施工风险评估及灾害防治工作,建立相应的安全风险评估体系,积极应对隧道施工过程中面临的高风险问题已经成为一种必然。本文依托于太佳高速公路老龙山隧道,从隧道施工风险评估角度入手,结合隧道施工灾害治理,研究隧道施工过程中的风险及灾害防治问题。1)本文通过对隧道施工风险、风险发生机理以及风险发生原因的分析和研究,揭示出隧道施工风险发生的一般规律及本质,并结合在建项目特点,提出相应风险管理建议:2)隧道施工风险评估是隧道安全施工的前提,本文结合在建项目的特点,采用可拓综合评判法对老龙山隧道进行隧道施工风险评估,细化了隧道初级风险等级区段,依据隧道风险等级,提出了隧道施工风险防治措施;3)依据老龙山隧道灾害处治方案,结合监测数据分析以及二维有限元模拟手段,对灾害治理方案和效果进行综合评价。

【Abstract】 Along with highway construction in our country,especially the highway development of the mountainous area, large-scale building of mountains highway tunnel, leads the risk accident for tunnel construction to rise year by year. More and more people pay attention to the risk issues of tunnel construction, so conducting effective risk evaluation, disaster prevention and control work for tunnel construction, establishing appropriate safety risk assessment system, and actively responding to high-risk problems during tunnel construction are inevitable.This paper relying on Old Longshan tunnel on Tai Jia highway, from the perspective of risk assessment in tunnel construction, combined with the disaster management in tunnel construction, studies problems of the risk and disaster prevention and controlthe in tunnel construction process.1) Based on the analysis and study of the risk in tunnel construction, mechanism as well as causes of the risk, this paper reveals the general rules of the occurrence and essence of risk. Besides, combined with the characteristic of old longshan tunnel, this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions for risk management in tunnel construction.2) Risk assessment is the premise of safety in tunnel construction. Combined with the characteristics of construction projects, using with the extension comprehensive evaluation method for tunnel construction risk assessment of Old Longshan tunnels, detailing the primary risk level segment of tunnel, then according to the level section of tunnel risk, this paper puts forward the prevention measures for risk in tunnel construction.3) Combined with disasters treatment plan for old longshan tunnel, according to the relevant supporting state data obtained from monitoring and means of finite element simulation, this paper evaluates the plan and effects of the disaster management.
