改性沥青混合料应力吸收层低温抗裂性能评价方法研究

【摘要】 目前,针对应力吸收层在抑制复合式路面反射裂缝方面,具有卓越的性能,但用于应力吸收层的特种改性沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能评价尚未有成熟的方法。本文在分析沥青混合料低温试验方法适用性的基础上,考虑到应力吸收层结构功能及材料组成的特殊性,提出了直接拉伸试验和半圆弯曲试验(SCB)方法,进行了低温抗裂性能评价,初步确定评价指标为劲度、破坏强度、断裂能。本文采用有限元数值分析方法,建立半圆弯曲试验三维有限元模型,分析试件几何尺寸及试验参数对半圆试件切口底部拉应力的影响,确定了SCB试验参数;同时设计了直接拉伸试验方案。分析了试验条件及材料参数对两种试验方法的影响,得出两种试验方法评价其性能基本一致,并具有一定的相关性。基于上述两种试验方法的结果,分析了加载方式差异、试验数据的离散性、评价指标的敏感性、试件成型的难易程度、评价指标的合理性。结果表明:直接拉伸试验的离散性比SCB试验小,试验结果对试验条件及材料参数较为敏感,说明了相比SCB试验,直接拉伸试验可以更好的评价应力吸收层混合料低温性能。因此最终采用直接拉伸试验评价应力吸收层混合料低温抗裂性能,以拉伸破坏形变功作为评价指标。

【Abstract】 At present,according to stress absorded layer in inhibiting compound road surface crack reflection,had excellent performance,but at anti-cracking performance evaluation of the special modified asphalt mixture with stress absorbed layer at low temperature has not mature method.The text based on the analysis of low temperature test method of asphalt mixture applicability,Considered the stress absorbed layer structure and material of the particularity,Proposed direct tensile test and semi-circle bending test (SCB),conducted the low temperature anti-cracking performance evaluation,which of the evaluation index are stiffness,collapsing strength,fracture energy preliminarily.This text used the finite element numeriacl analysis method,established the three-dimensional finite element model of semi-circle bending test,determined the experiment parameters of test,analysised specimen geometric dimensioning and test factors on the notch bottom of semicircle specimens of tensile stress influence,confirmed the test parameters of SCB test;meanwhile,direc tensile test scheme was designed,analysis of the test conditions and material parameters on the effect of two kinds of test methods, found that:two kinds of test methods to evaluate its performance were basically the same,which of them had some relevance.Based on the above two kinds of test methods of results, analysis loading method difference,the test data of discreteness,the sensitivity of evaluation index,difficulty level of the specimens molding,evaluation indexes’s rationality.The research indicated that the discreteness of direct tensile test were less than that of SCB test,the experimental results were more sensitive to test conditions and material parameters.It was illustrated that the dirct tensile test could be better evaluated stress absorbed layer mixture than SCB test in low temperature.Finally,determined to use the direct tensile test to evaluate the anti-cracking performance of asphalt mixture with Stress Absorbing Layers at Low Temperature,and stretch destroy deformation work as the evaluation indexes.
