注浆预加固技术在黄土地铁隧道施工中的应用研究

【摘要】 高压旋喷注浆技术具有适用范围广、安全可靠、施工简便、桩身强度大、材源广成本低等特点,广泛应用于边坡防护和治理、堤坝防渗、建筑物地基加固、地基处理、防渗止水等方面。本文依托西安地铁二号线f3地裂缝段竖井旋喷注浆加固工程,在总结国内外注浆技术发展应用的基础上,对高压旋喷注浆的性质、分类、作用机理、设计原则、设计参数的确定、施工方案设计、工艺流程及质量防治措施进行了深入研究,并通过现场试桩、钻孔取芯、数值模拟等手段对旋喷注浆的止水加固效果进行评价。实践表明:高压旋喷注浆在竖井施工中能起到很好的止水加固效果。

【Abstract】 High-pressure jet grouting technology has remarkable characters of wide range in scope,safe and reliable,convenient for construction,high pile shaft strength,low cost and so on. So it is widely applied in stability of slope, impermeable dam,reinforcement of building foundation,foundation treatment,anti-seepage or impermeable,etc.it has been spreaded over the world.This paper based on shaft jet grouting construction of the first phase of the project of xian metro line 2 at f3 ground fissures, it intensive research the characters, classify, mechanism, design principle, the determination of design parameters, contractor design, process flow, the measures of quality control of high pressure jet grouting in summarizing the development and application of grouting technique of the world, And through the field test pile, coring samples, numerical simulation to evaluate the effect of sealing up and reinforcement of jet grouting, come to a conclusion:the high pressure jet grouting can make a good effect of sealing up and reinforcement in the construction of the shaft.
