搅拌CA砂浆的MSO搅拌机参数与工艺的试验研究

【摘要】 无碴轨道板垫层使用的乳化沥青水泥砂浆(简称CA砂浆)是高速铁路建设施工的关键材料之一,其性能要求非常高,必须对其生产工艺进行详细试验和研究。本课题在总结国内外相关试验和施工技术的情况下,设计一种新型搅拌机(简称MS0150型搅拌机),并对不同搅拌参数进行大量对比试验,以得到性能优良的新机型和合理的搅拌参数和搅拌工艺。论文首先对CA砂浆各原料的反应机理、检验手段进行了总结,以便深入地对其反应过程进行分析;对新型搅拌机进行设计改进,将用于混凝土搅拌的普通双卧轴搅拌机叶片重新设计,每个叶片上加上两个长方形孔洞,加强剪切和对流,以适用于CA砂浆的生产;通过各参数水平排列,设计正交试验,得到各参数组合情况下的检测数据,通过对比分析,得出合理的搅拌参数和搅拌工艺;通过验证试验和对比试验,得到此机型相对其他CA砂浆搅拌机的优缺点,进一步讨论改进措施以使之更加适用于CA砂浆生产。通过分析得知,MS0150型搅拌机适用于CA砂浆搅拌。通过双卧轴叶片结构的改变,加剧了物料搅拌过程中的剪切和对流,提高了搅拌效率;其拌臂角度和叶片角度分别选取90°和55°比较合理,快拌速度选择120r/min比较合理;膨胀率是特别需要注意改善的指标,其主要影响因素是乳化沥青的反应时间、干粉的反应时间,这两个过程不能过长,需要控制在一个适宜的时间段内。试验得到比较合理的慢拌时间1和快拌时间分别是1min和3min;分析过程中,由于检测指标比较多,将检测指标分为三类进行分析,从而得出更加合理的结论;将搅拌工艺试验与各成分反应机理结合分析,是得到合理结论、提高生产性能的关键。

【Abstract】 The emulsified asphalt cement mortar (CA mortar for short) used in ballastless track board is one crucial construction materials of high-speed railway construction.Its production process must be researched and tested detailly for the high requirements of the performance.At the conclusion of domestic and foreign relevant test and construction technology, we design a new kind of mixer(MSO150 mixer for short) and study the different mixing parameters by means of plentiful comparison to get a new model behaving well and get the suitable mixing parameters and mixing process as well.The reaction mechanism and detecting techniques of the CA mortar were summarized firstly to analyse the reaction process more deeply. The twin-shaft mixer used in concrete mixing will be improved into a new model used in CA mortar mixing.We drill twe rectangle holes at each agitating vane to strengthen the shear and convection in order to apply to CA mortar mixing which is watery.The orthogonal experiment is arranged to get detection data under various parameter combinations and the suitable mixing parameters and mixing process through the contrast anslysis.We will get the advantages and disadvantages between MSO150 mixer and the other mixers used in CA mortar.The improved measures will be further discussed to make MSO mixer be more suitable for CA mortar production.The analysis shows that the MSO150 mixer is suitable for CA mortar mixing. The shear and convection of material in mixing process are strengthened through the structure changes of the vanes and the mixing productivity is enhanced.90°and 55°were selected for the arm and the blade.The quick mixing speed should be 120r/min.Inflation especially need to be attended which is mainly influenced by the reaction time of emulsified asphalt and the dry powder.The time shouldn’t be too long which should be controlled in a suitable range.The first time of slow mixing and the quick mixing time are lmin and 3min respectively by the test. In the analysis process, the mesaure indexes are divided into three categories for that they are too much to get reasonable conclusion. The analysis combining mixing process test with reaction mechanism of various components is the key to get reasonable conclusion and improve the production performance.
