【摘要】 西安旧城区内有着西安为数不多的传统居住区,由于居民的保护意识不足,对于保护的相关法令法规的不健全,管理的不完善等等问题,造成了传统居住区中民居私宅的迅速消失。尤其在改革开放后,大量的传统私宅被更新建筑所替代,却没有专业人员的指导,导致更新建筑质量粗糙。随着政府对传统民居的重视,人们保护意识逐渐增强,但是更新建筑仍旧存在不能与传统街区相协调,不能对当代生活模式相适应。本文针对目前存在的这些问题,将旧城区内传统街区中的传统私宅和当中的居住生活设定为研究对象,从保护和发展街区、改善居住者生活质量的角度入手,通过对西安旧城区的历史演进分析,对现状的调研以及调研结果的总结分析,挖掘旧城区独特的居住文化和地域特色,提出进一步更新和改造的方式方法及可行性建议。同时在国内外城市更新理论研究的基础上,对西安传统私宅在当代生活模式下如何保有生命力的进行有机更新而做出探索,并提出适应与西安旧城区传统私宅更新模式和改造方法的适应性策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Xi’an have a few old traditional residential areas, because of inadequate protection consciousness, residents of the related laws and regulations for the protection of the imperfection, management is not perfect and so on, causes the traditional local-style dwelling houses of private rapidly disappearing. Especially in after reform and opening-up, a lot of traditional private be updated building replaced, but no professional guidance, lead to update building quality is rough. As the government of traditional folk house attention, people protect consciousness gradually enhanced, but newer buildings still exist not coordinated with traditional blocks of contemporary life mode, can’t adapt to.This paper aiming at the existing these problems, the traditional blocks within oldtown among traditional private and live set as the research object, the protection and development blocks, improve quality of life of habitant aspects in xi’an, through analysis of the historical evolution of old, the research and investigation of the present situation of the research and analysis of the summary oldtown unique residential culture and regional features, puts forward the renewal and the transformation method and feasibility Suggestions.Meanwhile at home and abroad and theoretical research of urban renewal, on the basis of traditional private houses in xi’an in contemporary life mode of how organic update retain vitality, and puts forward to make exploration to adapt and xi’an oldtown traditional private update mode and transformation method of adaptive strategies.更多还原
