水泥混凝土板下设置沥青隔离层的技术研究

【摘要】 目前,我国水泥混凝土路面出现常见的断板、基层唧浆等早期结构性破坏,特别是在一些重载交通道路上这种破坏表现尤为严重。针对这一实际情况,结合我国目前水泥混凝土路面的结构特点、交通组成以及环境特征,提出在水泥混凝土路面基层顶面设置沥青隔离层的措施,以优化水泥混凝土路面结构,减缓路面的早期破坏。通过分析水泥混凝土路面的结构特点和使用性能要求,阐述了沥青隔离层的主要功能。运用ABAQUS有限元软件,结合实际工程项目建立了水泥混凝土路面结构模型,并进行了模型的验证,在此基础上分别计算了设置沥青隔离层的水泥混凝土路面板在静载、温度应力、耦合应力以及移动荷载作用下的受力情况,分析了沥青隔离层的不同厚度、不同层间结合程度以及不同模量对水泥混凝土路面板受力的影响。结果表明:设置沥青隔离层水泥混凝土路面结构,在静载作用下路面板最大应力减少3.568%;在温度应力作用下路面板最大应力减少6.712%;在耦合应力作用下路面板最大应力减少6.467%;在移动荷载作用下路面板最大应力减少18.10%。设置沥青隔离层对于改善水泥混凝土路面板在各种荷载作用下的受力条件是有利的。结合ABAQUS有限元软件的计算结果,分析了隔离层的厚度、层间结合程度、模量对水泥混凝土路面板受力的影响规律,推荐沥青隔离层厚度为1~2cm,隔离层模量为1200Mpa~1400Mpa,隔离层材料采用沥青表面处治、碎石封层等层间结合较好的材料为宜。本文的研究有助于完善水泥混凝土路面结构设计方法,为减缓现有水泥混凝土路面早期病害的发生,制定养护维修策略、延长其使用寿命提供技术参考。

【Abstract】 At present,our country’s cement concrete pavement appears broken pavement, primary pump slurry and other early structural damage common, especially in heavy traffic road this early stage of structural damage is particularly serious. In response to this reality combined with our existing structure characteristics of cement concrete pavement, traffic composition and environmental characteristics, proposed the measures of set asphalt isolation layer on semi-rigid layer top to optimize the structure of cement concrete pavement and mitigate the road’s early damage.By analyzing the structure of cement concrete road’s characteristics and performance requirements, describes the main features of asphalt isolation layer. Using ABAQUS finite element software, calculating after setting isolation layer of asphalt the cement concrete pavement’s forces in static load, temperature stress, temperature coupled stress and dynamic load, analysis the force impact of asphalt layer’s different thickness, different modulus different integration to cement concrete pavement. The results show that:The structure of cement concrete pavement set the isolation layer of asphalt under the static load the largest decrease is 3.568%; temperature stress the largest decrease is 6.712%; temperature coupled stress the largest decrease is 6.467%; dynamic load the largest decrease is 18.10%; Set the isolation layer of asphalt can improve the cement concrete pavement’s stress under various load conditions.Combined with the calculation results of ABAQUS finite element software, analysis thickness modulus and integration of isolation layer of asphalt to the impact of force law on cement concrete pavement. Recommended the thickness of asphalt isolation layer is 1~2cm, asphalt isolation layer’s modulus is 1200Mpa~1400Mpa, asphalt isolation layer’s material sealed with surface treatment of asphalt and gravel layer etc. with better material layer is appropriate. Asphalt isolation layer of cement concrete pavement technology research will help improve the structure of cement concrete pavement design methods existing projects to mitigate the actual occurrence of cement concrete pavement maintenance and repair of the development strategy of extending its life to provide technical information.
