AH冷补沥青混合料技术研究

【摘要】 路面冷补沥青混合料进入中国市场已有十几年的历史了,但目前国内市场上出售的路面冷补沥青混合料,其高低温性能、水稳及力学性能均存在较大缺陷,且缺乏统一的路用性能评价体系,只能作为路面病害处治的临时措施,不能根治病害,这不但造成了资源极大的浪费,也给路面规范养护造成一定的负面影响,从而影响了公路的服务水平。本课题立足于安徽省现有公路状况和小修养护情况,根据其独特的自然地理及气候特征,总结分析了国内外典型冷补沥青混合料路用性能评价体系,选取国内几种具有代表性的冷补沥青混合料,通过粘附性、施工和易性、初始马歇尔稳定度、成型马歇尔稳定度、残留稳定度、冻融劈裂、粘聚性等室内试验,系统研究了冷补沥青混合料的路用性能,分析了冷补沥青混合料强度形成机理及影响因素。在对国内多数冷补材料研究的基础上,通过对多种稀释剂、改性剂以及其他添加剂的多次调配和对比试验,研制出一种复合型聚合物改性剂。通过与基质沥青、一定级配的石料的优化配合比设计,开发出新型的、耐久的适应于沥青混凝土路面和水泥混凝土路面坑槽修补的冷补沥青混合料(简称AH冷补沥青混合料),提出了AH冷补沥青混合料的关键指标评价体系,最终成型强度形成时间以及三种AH冷补沥青混合料适用范围,并进行了造价分析,结果表明:生产1吨常温型AH冷补沥青混合料比同类产品能便宜10%左右;生产1吨低温型AH冷补沥青混合料比同类产品能便宜20%左右。

【Abstract】 The Cold Patch Asphalt Mixture of pavement has entered into Chinese market over ten years. But there are big defects in high and low temperature performance, water stability and mechanical property; and there is no unanimous pavement performance evaluation system. It can’t eliminate disease and only services as temporary measures for pavement disease treatment. This caused great waste of resource, and has some negative effects on the pavement standard maintaining, and then affect the highway service level.This subject is based on the condition of existing roads and minor repairing in Anhui province. The pavement performance evaluation system at home and abroad of typical Cold Patch Asphalt Mixture are summarized and analyzed according to its unique natural geography and climate characteristics; the pavement performance of Cold Patch Asphalt Mixture is studied systematically to several representative Cold Patch Asphalt Mixture selected in the country through the laboratory tests of adhesion, construction workability, initial Marshall stability, molding Marshall stability, remnants stability, freeze-thaw splitting and cohesiveness; and the strength formation mechanism and influencing factors of Cold Patch Asphalt Mixture are analyzed.On the basis of research for cold repair material in domestic, a composite polymer modifier is introduced through blending and contrasting test repeatedly to many diluents, modifiers and other additives. Through optimal proportioning design of the matrix asphalt and certain aggregate grading, a new and durable Cold Patch Asphalt Mixture (Abbreviation:AH Cold Patch Asphalt Mixture) which is suitable for the pavement pit mending of aspect concrete pavement and cement concrete pavement is developed; The evaluation system of key index, forming time of final shaping molding strength and applicable scopes of three types of AH Cold Patch Asphalt Mixture’are proposed; and cost analysis is made at the same time. The results indicate that: there is approximately 10% cheaper to produce normal temperature AH Cold Patch Asphalt Mixture than similar products; and there is approximately 20% cheaper to produce low temperature AH Cold Patch Asphalt Mixture than similar products.
