复合溶液干湿循环作用下钢—混凝土组合梁的耐久性研究

【摘要】 钢-混凝土组合结构兼具钢结构和混凝土结构的优点,极具发展和应用前景。然而,我国在结构设计中普遍重视结构安全性和适用性而忽视其耐久性。这很容易使钢-混凝土组合结构由于耐久性能不足而提前破坏,造成重大经济损失。本文利用干湿循环加速锈蚀试验分析钢-混凝土组合梁在硫酸根离子与氯离子双重侵蚀下的性能退化规律与破坏机理,并利用有限元软件ABAQUS对钢-混凝土组合梁腐蚀后的性能进行了分析。主要研究内容如下:(1)利用复合离子侵蚀试验,以三种常见截面形式的钢-混凝土组合梁为对象,研究了有害物质对钢-混凝土组合梁栓钉的侵蚀路径,并比较了三种截面抗有害物质侵蚀的的能力。(2)利用干湿循环加速锈蚀试验,对组合梁各材料性能的退化进行了试验分析。得到了混凝土经腐蚀后的抗压强度变化和质量损失,通过拟合得到锈后栓钉和型钢的强度降低系数及本构关系,为受腐蚀钢-混凝土组合梁力学性能的研究奠定基础。(3)通过推出试验与钢-混凝土组合梁的弯曲试验,研究了受复合溶液侵蚀之后的推出试件栓钉的抗滑移能力、极限承载力的变化规律和钢-混凝土组合梁的抗滑移能力、截面应变、挠度以及极限承载力变化规律。(4)利用有限元软件ABAQUS对腐蚀后的钢-混凝土组合梁进行了分析,并与试验结果进行了比较。得到了组合梁荷载-挠度曲线与荷载-滑移曲线的试验值与有限元值基本吻合。

【Abstract】 Steel-concrete composite beam has the advantages of both steel structure and concrete structure, and it would have vast application prospect. However, we emphasize the security and applicability but ignore the durability of structure in structure design. And this would make the structure failure before its service deadline, and lead to a grate economic loss. This article study the deterioration law and damage mechanism by dry and wet cycles quick corrosion experiment in sulfate and chloride case and use commercial finite element software ABAQUS to analyze it. The main contents include:(1)This article aim at three kinds section form of the steel-concrete composite beam, study the route through which sulfate and chloride ions into the steel-concrete composite beam by dry and wet cycles quick corrosion experiment, and compares three section resistance to corrosion of harmful substances ability.(2)The deterioration rule of the materials of the steel and concrete composite beam was analyzed by introducing test and steel and concrete composite beams bending test. The experiment had got the concrete compressive strength of change and quality loss and the stud and steel reducing coefficient of strength and the constitutive relation after corrosion. These provide base for the studying durability of steel and concrete composite beam after corrosion.(3) Study the degradation law of mechanical properties the push-out specimen and the steel-concrete composite beam afer corrosion by dry and wet cycle’s quick corrosion experiment. The mechanical characteristics of them, namely the anti-slip capability, the cross-section strains, the cross-section deflections and the law of the ultimate bearing capacity, are investigated and are compared with the behavior of the control specimen which was not attacked by sulfate and chloride.(4)The finite element method is used in modeling the corrosion steel-concrete composite beam by using the commercial finite element software ABAQUS and the results were compared with the test. The load-deflection curve and load-slip curve obtiained from the FEM are in good agreement with tested. And other parameters of the steel-concrete composite beam are analysed using finite element analysis. It obtains other parameters on the influence law of the steel-concrete composite beam.
