中部省会低碳城市评价

【摘要】 为及时、准确掌握城市经济运行状况、发展状况及存在的问题,加快推进低碳城市的发展进程,确保低碳经济系统始终运行在良性轨道上,研究低碳城市评价指标体系与评价方法具有十分重要的理论意义和现实价值。论文综合运用低碳经济、低碳城市等相关理论；采用定性分析与定量分析将结合、规范分析与与实证分析相结合研究方法开展低碳城市指标体系与评价方法研究。密切联系中部各省会城市实际,充分利用相关年份的统计数据,并采用SPSS17.0对大量的数据信息进行处理,并借用有关图表加以分析说明。本文首先对当前国内外低碳经济研究现状及动态、低碳城市研究现状及动态和低碳城市评价指标体系进行文献述评及总结,并界定了低碳经济和低碳城市概念；接着设计了低碳城市评价指标体系。本文用SPSS软件因子分析法对中部六省会城市2008年低碳城市发展水平进行了实证分析,发现文中选择的“绿色因子”、“能源因子”、“产业因子”和“宣传因子”4个公共因子,其对低碳城市综合评价影响的累计方差贡献率为96.335%,这说明选择的4个公共因子就能反映出中部省会发展低碳城市主要驱动因素。接着,本文对中部省会低碳城市发展水平进行了综合评价,最后,根据综合评价的结果,提出了中部省会发展低碳城市的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the timely, accurate information on the health of the urban economy, and problems of development, speeding up the process of low-carbon city development, to ensure that low-carbon economic system is always running in benign orbit to study the low-carbon city evaluation index system and evaluation method is very important theoretical and practical value.Comprehensive use of low-carbon economy paper, low carbon cities and other related theories; using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis will be combined with empirical analysis and normative analysis of combining research methods to carry out low-carbon city index system and evaluation method. Close contact with the central provincial city of the actual, full use of statistical data relevant year, using SPSS 17.0 a large amount of data processing, and to borrow on the chart to be analyzed and explained.Firstly, the current international situation and the dynamics of low-carbon economy, low carbon status and dynamics of urban studies and the evaluation index system of low-carbon urban literature review and summary, and defined the concept of low-carbon economy and low-carbon city; and then design a low- Evaluation of carbon city. This factor analysis using SPSS software, six capital cities in Central City in 2008 low-carbon development level of the empirical analysis, we found the text, select the "green factor", "energy factor", "industry factors" and "publicity factor" four public factor, the city’s comprehensive evaluation of its impact on low-carbon accumulated variance contribution rate of 96.335%, indicating that the selected four common factors can be reflected in the central provincial capital city of the main drivers of low-carbon development. Then, this low-carbon city development on the central level of the capital of a comprehensive evaluation, and finally, according to comprehensive evaluation of the results, the development of low-carbon capital city of central countermeasures.更多还原
