铜坑矿重点设备状态控制研究

【摘要】 在二十一世纪,信息化是企业发展的必然趋势。设备是矿山企业主要的固定资产也是其生产能力的重要保障。因此,提高设备管理水平,实现设备管理的信息化、现代化,对提高矿山企业的工作效率,提高企业竞争力都具有极其重要的意义。本文以铜坑矿的铲运机和索道为研究对象,吸收全员生产维修制的4S活动与点检制,综合运用先进的计算机技术、网络技术和数据库技术设计了铲运机4S维护体制及其软件。该体制根据设备的点检结果来确定设备的状态,是实现设备状态控制的一种重要方式。在对铜坑矿设备管理现状和特点的充分调研的基础上,开发了铲运机4S维护体制软件的数据流程和工作流程。采用面向对象的设计技术,利用建模工具IDEFO建立了铲运机4S维护体制软件的总体功能模型。并对其数据库系统进行了设计,为软件的实现奠定了坚实的基础。以Oracle lOg作为数据库,Oracle Forms Developer与Oracle Reports Developer作为开发工具,编程实现了铜坑矿铲运机4S维护体制软件。软件经过实际应用检验,达到了提高设备管理水平、降低生产成本等设计目标,获得了用户的充分肯定。对铜坑矿索道钢丝绳振动进行了深入的研究。利用ANSYS建立了索道系统的有限元模型,并计算出前10阶固有频率和振动模态。研究结果表明,共振是造成索道钢丝绳振动过大的关键因素。对索道掉索、掉斗及索道状态监测进行了研究。

【Abstract】 In 21th century, informationization is an irresistible general trend to enterprises. Mining equipment are not only great property to those enterprises, but also are important guarantees to enterprises production activities. Therefore, improve equipment management, to achieve informationization and modernization, to improve the efficiency of mining enterprises, improve the competitiveness of enterprises are of great importance.Dongkeng mine’s scraper and tramway are researched in this paper. Based on spot inspection and 4S activities of TPM, and with making full using of computer, internet, database, scraper 4S maintenance system are designed. The results of spot inspection of devices determine the states of devices. It’s an important method to master the states of devices.Based on full investigation of Status and characteristics of equipment management of Dongkeng mine, data flow and workflow of scraper 4S maintenance software are designed. Analysis of the actual needs of the system, With Using object-oriented design technology and IDEFO method, the overall Function model of scraper 4S maintenance software is designed. Its database system is designed, and has laid a solid foundation for software development.Based on B/S/D mode, using Oracle lOg as the database, Oracle Forms Developer and Oracle Reports Developer as development tools, developed scraper 4S maintenance software. After the practical application of testing in Dongkeng, the software had achieved the design goals that Improve equipment management and reduce the cost of production。The system was well received.Research carried out on the Vibration of steel-rope of carrying tramways. Established finite element model of tramway system, and the former 10 circles of natural frequency and vibration modal were given. The results show that the resonance causes excessive vibration of steel-rope, and then causes steel-rope and cars leaving the original position. Online monitoring system of Tramways have been studied.
