企业家社会资本对孵化企业绩效的影响研究

【摘要】 企业家是企业的灵魂,在企业的发展中起着至关重要的作用。企业家社会资本是企业核心竞争力的主要方面,它对于企业资源的获取、整合和创新都有不可替代的功能。而在以知识为基础的经济中,企业是否具有创造、传播和使用知识的能力正成为企业能否生存和发展的决定性因素。因此,本文依据企业家理论、企业家社会资本理论和吸收能力等基础理论,借鉴现有的相关研究成果,紧密结合我国孵化器和孵化企业的实际情况,将企业家社会资本、吸收能力和企业绩效纳入到一个研究框架体系中,提出了企业家社会资本通过正向作用于吸收能力进而促进孵化企业绩效的概念模型,并以我国孵化企业为研究对象,深层次研究了企业家社会资本对孵化企业绩效的影响机制。实证结果表明,在孵化器里,孵化企业的粘合型企业家社会资本对连接型和桥型企业家社会资本均有正向作用；粘合型企业家社会资本可以通过提升潜在吸收能力,进而提高孵化企业绩效；连接型企业家社会资本可通过提升现实吸收能力,进而正向影响其孵化企业绩效；桥型企业家社会资本可通过提升潜在吸收能力和现实吸收能力,进而促进孵化企业绩效的增长。更多还原

【Abstract】 The entrepreneur is the soul of an enterprise, what play an important role in the development of the enterprise. Entrepreneurial social capital is the main aspects of enterprises’core competitiveness, which have irreplaceable function for enterprises’resourse obtaining, integrating and innovation. In the knowledge-based economy, the capacity of enterprises’ creating, disseminating and using of knowledge, now being the decisive factor of a enterprise survival and development. Therefore, according to the theory of entrepreneurs’social capital, entrepreneurs and absorption ability, referencing the existing related research achievements, Combining with the actual situation of incubators and incubatee, putting the entrepreneurial social capital,aborptive capacity and corporate performance into a whole research framework, a conceptual model is developed to deuce the relationship among entrepreneurial social capital, absorptive capacity and corporate performance. By collecting data of incubatee in china., this paper explores the influence mechanism between the entrepreneurial social capital and Corporate performance.The empirical results show that in incubator bonding entrepreneurial social capital have a ignificabnt positive correlation with linking and bridging entrepreneurial social capital; bongding entrepreneurial social capital improves corporate performance through potential aborptive capacity; linking entrepreneurial social capital improves corporate performance through pratical aborptive capacity; bridging entrepreneurial social capital improves corporate performance through potential and pratical aborptive capacity.更多还原
