【摘要】 产业集群是现代经济体集聚性发展的广泛现象,已成为国家、地区获得竞争优势的重要途径。现代物流是优化经济结构和促进经济发展的重要动力,是产业集群经济发展的新增长点,也是产业集群和地区经济支柱产业,物流发展程度成为了城市竞争力的重要体现之一本文以产业集群和物流一体化理论为基础,在对芦淞服饰城进行问卷调查和对芦淞物流市场走访调查的基础上,收集了芦淞服饰企业物流情况、芦淞第三方物流企业发展状况相关资料。将株洲市芦淞服饰产业集群企业和芦淞物流企业作为研究对象,针对株洲市芦淞服饰行业的现状及服饰物流的特点,来探寻服饰行业实施产业集群发展物流一体化的必要性及可行性,进而提出了株洲市芦淞服饰产业集群物流的物流一体化运作模式。在物流运作模式基础上,本文还设计了基于动态联盟的水平一体化物流和基于物流龙头企业的垂直一体化物流的两阶段运作机制,就株洲芦淞服饰产业集群物流一体化过程中的利益分配、信息共享机制、政策支持、物流技术等方面指出具体设计方案和运营机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Industrial cluster is widespread phenomenon of modern economy agglomeration development. It has become an important way to gain a competitive advantage for a nation or region. Modern logistics is an important motive force of optimizing economic structure and promoting economic development. It became the new growth point of industry cluster economic development and it became industry cluster and regional economic pillar industries. The logistics development levels become one of important expressions about a city competitiveness.This paper is based on Industrial clusters and the theory of integration. Based on the questionnaire survey and the survey visit Lusong logistics markets, collection Lusong clothing business logistics situation, and development of Losong third party logistics information. We make the Zhuzhou City Lusong apparel industry cluster companies and logistics companies as research subjects. For the status quo of Zhuzhou City Lusong apparel industry, and clothing logistics characteristics, we explore the necessity and feasibility of the apparel industry implementing the industry cluster development and logistics integration. We propose logistics integration operation mode of Zhuzhou City Lusong apparel industry cluster Logistics.Based on the logistics mode of operation, this paper is also designed the two-stage operation mechanism which are the level of integrated logistics based on dynamic alliance and the vertically integrated logistics based on the core business of logistics. The paper poionted out the specific design and operating mechanism on the distribution of benefits, information sharing mechanisms, policy support, logistics, technology, etc which exists in the logistics integration process of Zhuzhou Lusong ipparel industry clusters.更多还原
