无角多赛特、苏尼特、乌珠穆沁羊种间抗病性比较

Comparative of Disease Resistivity between Poll Dorset Sounite and Ujmuqin Sheep

【摘要】 为探讨引进的无角多赛特羊与本土苏尼特羊、乌珠穆沁羊之间适应性和抗病性的差异。本试验随机抽取春、秋三种羊的血液样品,采用流式细胞术、可见光分光光度法、原子吸收与荧光分光光度法,分别对三种羊的外周血液中T淋巴细胞CD4+、CD8+表达率,血液生化指标TP、ALB、BUN、GPT、GOT、AKP、GLU及抗氧化指标T-SOD、Cu/Zn-SOD、GSH-Px、T-AOC、MDA,血清微量元素Se、Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe进行系统测定与分析。试验结果表明:在营养供应不充足的环境中,无角多赛特羊的TP、ALB、A/G、GLU、AKP显著低于乌珠穆沁羊或苏尼特羊(P<0.05),BUN、GOT显著高于本地羊(P<0.05),表明春季无角多赛特羊适应性低于乌珠穆沁羊和苏尼特羊;秋季,无角多赛特羊TP、ALB、A/G、GLO、BUN、GLU与乌珠穆沁羊或苏尼特羊持平,表明营养均衡时,无角多赛特羊适应性有所提高。在同等饲养管理条件下,无角多赛特羊T-AOC、T-SOD、CuZn-SOD及微量元素Cu、Mn、Zn、Fe偏低可能是春季抗病性降低的原因。从CD4+、CD8+测定结果可知,无角多赛特羊CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+低于苏尼特羊和乌珠穆沁羊,秋季差异不显著(P>0.05),表明秋季的抗病力有所提高。综上所述,营养缺乏、抗氧化能力降低、免疫力偏低等相关因素影响,导致春季抗病力降低;秋季营养均衡、抗氧化功能及免疫功能均所提高,使无角多赛特羊抗病力增强。

【Abstract】 This paper was aim to explore the differences of adaptability and disease resistance of Poll Dorset,Sounite and Ujmuqin Sheep.The experiment randomly selected blood samples of three kinds of sheep in both Spring and Autumn. T lymphocytes cells expression rate of CD4+,CD8+ of three kinds of sheep were determined by using flow cytometry. The blood biochemical index of three kinds of sheep were detected including TP,ALB,BUN,GPT,GOT,AKP,GLU. Oxidation index including T-SOD,Cu/Zn-SOD,GSH-Px,T-AOC,MDA were determined by using visible spectrophotometric and serum trace elements copper,zinc,manganese,iron,selenium were determined by atomic absorption and fluorescence spectrophotometry.The result showed that:when the provision of the nutrition was insufficient,the TP,ALB,A/G,GLU,AKP of Poll Dorset were significantly lower than Sounite and Ujmuqin (P<0.05),and BUN,GOT were significantly higher than Sounite and Ujmuqin(P<0.05) which showed that adaptability of Poll Dorset were significantly lower than Sunit and Ujumuchin sheep in spring.TP,ALB,A/G,GLO,BUN,GLU had no significant differences among Poll Dorset,Sounite and Ujmuqin sheep(P>0.05) and adaptability of Poll Dorset was increased remarkably in autumn because of the sufficient nutrition.With the same conditions of feeding and management,Poll Dorset showed low disease resistance. The possible reasons were low grade for T-AOC,T-SOD,CuZn-SOD and Cu,Mn,Zn,Fe in spring.The test results of T lymphocyte on the expression rate,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+of Poll Dorset were significantly lower than Sunit,Ujumuchin sheep in spring.It was a little higher than that in autumn (P>0.05) which showed the disease resistance of Poll Dorset was improved in autumn.In conclusion,Nutritional deficiency, lowing anti-oxidant ability and lowing immunity leaded to the lower disease resistance in spring. When it was in autumn, disease resistance of Poll Dorset was improved because of the nutrition sufficient and the enhancement of the anti-oxidant ability and immune functions.
