天蚕素抗菌肽对断奶仔猪和母猪生产性能的影响

【摘要】 本论文包括两个试验部分:试验一,研究在断奶仔猪日粮中添加不同水平的天蚕素抗菌肽添对断奶仔猪生长性能、血液生化指标和营养物质表观消化率的影响。选用28d、体重相近、健康的北京原种黑猪断奶仔猪192头,采用单因子设计,按体重相近、遗传基础相似的原则,完全随机分为4个处理组,每个处理组设三个重复,每个重复16头猪,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮基础上分别添加不同剂量的天蚕素抗菌肽(试验Ⅰ组:180 g/t,试验Ⅱ组:250 g/t,试验Ⅲ组:320 g/t)。预饲期7d,试验期为32d。试验结果如下:适量的天蚕素抗菌肽能提高断奶仔猪平均日增重,但各处理组间差异不显著(P>0.05);与对照组相比,试验组能显著降低料肉比(P<0.05);显著降低腹泻率(P<0.05);各试验组能够提高仔猪血液中的免疫球蛋白(IgG)含量,但与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组对仔猪营养物质表观消化率有不同程度的影响,试验Ⅲ组干物质、粗灰分、粗纤维、钙、磷等成分的消化率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组与对照组相比在营养物质表观消化率上没有显著差异。在本试验条件下,天蚕素抗菌肽添加量为320 g/t的试验Ⅲ组的上述指标对断奶仔猪的应用效果最好。试验二,研究在妊娠后期母猪和哺乳母猪日粮中添加不同水平的天蚕素抗菌肽对母猪繁殖力和初乳成分的影响。选取预产期、胎次、体况相近,健康状况良好的北京原种黑猪妊娠后期母猪24头,随机分为4个组,每组3个重复,每个重复2头母猪,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮基础上分别添加不同剂量的天蚕素抗菌肽(试验Ⅰ组:20 g/t,试验Ⅱ组:40 g/t,试验Ⅲ组:60 g/t)。试验期从母猪分娩前15d到产后30d仔猪断奶时结束。试验结果表明:添加天蚕素抗菌肽对母猪的繁殖力和仔猪的生长性能等均无显著影响(P>0.05),但是试验Ⅲ组在这两项指标上较对照组都有提高的趋势;各试验组母猪初乳中的水分含量均高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。各试验组母猪初乳中乳糖含量均高于对照组,其中只有试验Ⅱ组与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),其它试验组较对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。各试验组母猪初乳中氨基酸水平和脂肪酸含量与对照组相比均无显著差异(P>0.05)。从本试验整体结果看,在母猪日粮中添加60g/t天蚕素抗菌肽的试验Ⅲ组效果最佳。

【Abstract】 There are two experiments in this paper:Experiment 1:A single factorial trial was conducted to investigate the effects of added Cecropin on growth performance、diarrhoea rate and serum biochemical indexes in weaned piglets. Weaning piglets of Beijing Original Species Black Pig(28d,the same average weight) were randomly assigned to 4 treatments and each treatment had 3 replicates with 16 piglets per replicate:control group:basal diet,treatmentⅠ: basal diet+180 g/t Cecropin, treatmentⅡ: basal diet+250 g/t Cecropin, treatmentⅢ: basal diet+320 g/t Cecropin. The experiment was conducted for 32days. The results showed: the supplementation of Cecropin in the diet improved growth performance ,no significant difference between per treatment(P>0.05),but the feed/gain of groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲare significantly lower than control group(P<0.05); The diarrhoea rate of groupⅢis lower than control group; GroupⅠ,ⅡandⅢcan improve the level of IgG in serum,but compared with the control group was not significant (P>0.05); Had different degrees of impact on apparent digestibility of nutrients in piglets.The digestibility of dry matter, crude ash, crude fiber, calcium, phosphorus of groupⅢwere significantly higher than control group(P<0.05); groupⅠand groupⅡcompared with the control group on the apparent digestibility of nutrients, no significant difference. In conclusion, In this experiment, the 320 g / t addition level of cecropin is the best add content.Experiment 2: For discuss the effect of cecropin on reproductive performance and colostrum composition of Sows. To choose 32 sows, randomly assigned to 4 treatments and each treatment had 3 replicates with 2 piglets per replicate:control group:basal diet,groupⅠ: basal diet+ 20g/t Cecropin, groupⅡ: basal diet+ 40g/t Cecropin, groupⅢ: basal diet+ 60g/t Cecropin. The experiment was from 15d before birth to the end of piglets weaned 30 days. The results showed: There were no significant effects (P>0.05)on the reproductive performance of sows and growth performance of piglet,but the groupⅢin all respects than the control group had improved; the moisture content of each test group were higher than control group, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05).The lactose content of each test group were higher than control group ,which only groupⅡwas significantly different from control group (P<0.05); the fatty acid and the amino acid level of each test group compared with the control group were not significantly different (P>0.05).The overall results from this study show that, the60g / t of Cecropin is the optimal dosage in diets of sow.
