“浑水水力分离清水装置”中试试验研究

【摘要】 浑水水力分离清水装置(以下简称“装置”)是新疆农业大学水利与土木工程学院水力学教研室课题组成员研制出的一种新型净水装置。该“装置”在室内已经取得了初步成功,为了使其推广应用于自来水厂、农业节水灌溉等工程的泥沙处理中,本文将通过中试试验对“装置”的室内研究成果进行转化,为“装置”的推广应用提供可靠的依据。中试试验首先针对影响水沙分离的不同因素之间的关系做了详尽测试,根据试验结果对“装置”的水沙分离性能进行了分析,之后还进行了中试“装置”的出清率试验,将中试结果与室内试验的出清率进行对比研究分析;最后在溢流浊度为1000NTU的标准下,对“装置”清水出水量的公式进行了分析研究。通过试验研究分析,验证了室内系列模型试验的溢流性能规律;在底孔及溢流标准一定的情况下,“装置”出清率随着进流浓度的增大而减小,随着柱体直径的增大而增大;通过试验发现“装置”获得最大清水流量的条件是首先使底孔处于不发生淤堵且流量基本稳定的极限状态下,其次是调节适当的进流流量以获得相对较清的水;最后通过数值拟合得出了“装置”溢流量与柱体直径的关系。

【Abstract】 Turbid water hydraulic separator device (hereinafter referred to as "device") is a new type of water purification devices developed by the Department of Hydraulics Research Group members of the Institute of Hydraulic and Civil Engineering of Xinjiang Agricultural University.The "device" in the room has been preliminarily achieved. In order to make it be applied to water plant, agricultural water-saving irrigation and other projects’ sediment treatment.In this paper, through the pilot experiment convert the research results of the interior and also provide a reliable basis popularization and application for the "device".Firstly,pilot testing has done a detailed test on the relationship of different factors influence the separation between the water and sediment.There have an analysis on the "device" separation performance of water and sediment according to test results.Secondly, we carried out the clearing rate test in the pilot "devices".Then the test results and laboratory tests in the clearing rate were analysed comparatively.Finally, the formula of outflow capacity of water of the "device" were analysed under the standard of the overflow turbidity 1000NTU.The discipline of overflow performance test on a series model indoor was verified through experiment research and analysis; Under a certain circumstances of the diameter of bottom outlet and the standard of overflow,with the increase of the outflow concentration, the clearing rate of "device" decreased;with the increase of the diameter of column, the clearing rate of the"device" increased; Through the research on the pilot experiment, the phenomenons were found as follows:The "device" can obtain the maximum capacity of water outflow under the limited condition of a stable outflow capacity and clogging of the bottom hole was not occurred; Adjusting the appropriate inflow capacity to get into the relatively clear water.Finally, the relation between the overflow capacity of the "device" and the diameter of cylinder was obtained by numerical fitting.
