基于分光棱镜式的多光谱成像系统研究

【摘要】 传统成像光谱仪器多以实验室仪器和专用仪器的形式出现,由于体积庞大、价格昂贵,而大大地限制了其应用范围。在许多应用领域,成像光谱仪器的尺寸的缩小比提高其分辨率更为重要。课题以分光棱镜多光谱成像仪为研究的目标,分析了成像光谱仪在设计上所存在的问题,通过几何光学光路的计算和优化,能够减少部分设计中存在的问题。提出了棱镜分光和窄带滤波器的配合方案,通过ZEMAX软件给出了设计的具体过程和优化参数,确保了光学成像系统的稳定性和实效性。通过设计的光谱仪模型,借助于CCD传感器拍摄了几组桔子照片,通过图像处理软件MATLAB的处理,分析了在不同光谱下的图像,通过RYGB四色图像的对比,能够较好地区分水果的外观品质,光谱仪可以方便地使用在机器视觉中,减轻劳动力,提高效率。

【Abstract】 Traditional imaging appears most in laboratory instruments and spectral apparatus, during to huge volume, expensive price, the scope of application is limited much more. In many applications, reducing the size of the spectral instrument imaging is more important than improving the resolution.The paper is to study the prism spectrometer imaging, and analyses the existing problems in designing spectrometer, and through the calculation and optimization of geometrical optical path, we can reduce this problems. Then come up with the idea of cooperating the optical prism with the narrowband filter, giving the detail process and the optimized parameters through the ZEMAX software, ensure the stability and the pragmatically of the optical imaging systems.Through the designing of the model, by CCD sensor spectrometer took a group of photo oranges, through the image processing software MATLAB, the paper analyses the images in different spectrum. Through the RYGB four-color image contrast, we can identify best the exterior quality of fruit. The spectrometer can be easily used in machine’s visual sense, and increase efficiency.
