半透半反式多光谱成像装置的研究

【摘要】 多光谱成像在现代无损检测技术中有着重大的意义,可对物体的外观品质和内部成分等进行测量、分析和处理,已经用于多种农产品的外观和内部品质检测之中。论文以半透半反式多光谱成像装置为研究的目标,通过对几何光学成像的理论研究,分析了半透半反式多光谱在设计上所存在的问题,以及各光学元件如透镜、面镜和光阑等在设计中的像差,畸变和色散等问题。采用ZEMAX光学设计软件,通过软件计算和优化方法,设计出了像差小,畸变小,色散低的多光谱成像系统。论文应用MATLAB软件对实验中采集的图像进行了分析,通过设计的成像光谱装置及CCD传感器拍摄了几组水果照片,利用MATLAB软件的图像处理工具箱,分析了在不同光谱下的图像,通过RYGB四色图像的对比分析,能够较好地区分水果的外观品质。

【Abstract】 Multi-spectral imaging in modem nondestructive testing technology is of great significance, may to the object appearance quality and internal components of measuring and analyzing and processing of agricultural products, has been used in a variety of the look and feel of the internal quality detection in.Taking a semipermeable half trans multi-spectral imaging device for the object of study, based on geometric optical imaging theory research, analyzes a semipermeable half trans multi-spectrum in designing the existing problems, and each optical components such as lens face, lens aperture in the design such as light as poor, distortion and dispersion, etc. By ZEMAX optical design software, through software calculation and optimization method, designed as difference is small, distortion, dispersion low multi-spectral imaging system.Paper application software MATLAB experiments of image acquisition are analyzed, through the design of imaging spectral device and CCD sensor took several groups of fruit, use of MATLAB software photos of image processing toolbox, analyzes the different spectrums of image, through RYGB four-color image contrast analysis, better able region fruit appearance quality.
