【摘要】 本文以学生对校园事件的不同的反应为切入口,介绍校园事件中学生心理反应所造成的社会后果,在现有校园事件管理体系的基础上提出利用创新性措施：即通过精心设计的有针对性的心理调查问卷来暗示、引导学生心理向积极方向变化和发展。尝试阐述学校作为校园安全管理主体针对学生不同心理差异和心理诉求而采取不同管理应对。其措施的复杂性和微妙性,提供可供参考的针对学生不同心理诉求的新一种管理措施。同时利用学校社会工作的引入,通过学生社团、志愿者活动等对学生进行教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 This dissertation puts forward a proposal on the existing campus events management system on the basis of the use of innovative measures:that the school management can lead students to positive direction of the mental change and develop by using psychological questionnaire which is elaborate. This dissertation describes the different methods, which’s complexity for the different performance of students’psychological differences and behavioral responses. Additional work including social work of school, student associations, and volunteer activities can let the students develop to a positive direction.更多还原
