建筑施工中的安全风险控制的研究

【摘要】 安全生产关系人民群众的生命财产安全,关系改革发展和社会稳定大局。建设工程安全不仅直接关系到建筑企业自身的发展和收益,而且直接关系到广大人民群众以及生命健康在内的根本利益。近几年来建设工程安全事故发生频繁,通过分析建筑工程的单件性、生产流动性、高空作业和露天作业多等特点,系统的找出建筑施工生产阶段潜在的危险有害因素,判定各危险有害因素被触发造成安全事故的危险严重程度,并通过安全评价和风险控制,制定相应的预防措施。从根本上消除危险、危害因素及其导致事故的发生条件,实现安全生产的本质化。本文结合建筑施工现场实例,通过危险源的辨识、安全风险评价和安全风险控制的分析,建立和实施职业健康安全管理体系和推行PDCA循环的工作方法,从而最终全员、全过程、全方位对安全生产进行控制。

【Abstract】 Safety production relations people’s life and property security, relationship between reform, development and stability of society situation. Construction engineering safety will not only directly related to building the development of enterprise itself and earnings, and directly related to the masses, and the fundamental interests of life and health.In recent years construction engineering safety accident occurs frequently, through the analysis of construction projects oneness, production liquidity and aloft working and open-air homework more features, system construction and production stage out of the potential danger of harmful factors, determine the dangerous triggered the harmful factors caused safety accidents, and through danger severity of safety evaluation and risk control, formulate corresponding prevention measures. Fundamentally eliminate dangerous, hazard factors and cause accidents conditions so as to realize safe production of the essence. Based on the construction site, through example of hazard identification, safety risk assessment and analysis of the security risk control, establishing and implementing the occupational health and safety management system and implement PDCA cycle work methods, thus finally overall, whole process, comprehensive control of production safety.
