高分辨率LCOS光学引擎的光学系统设计

【摘要】 随着电视技术的发展,大屏幕、轻薄、高分辨率和像质良好将成为主流。投影电视尤其是LCOS投影电视将会是未来的发展方向之一。光学引擎是投影电视的核心部件之一。做为成像器件,要求在短距离内实现大放大倍率和无畸变清晰良好的画面质量。本文首先介绍LCOS技术和LCOS芯片的技术特性,然后针对塑料非球面的应用介绍了塑料非球面设计的特点和设计原则;又简要介绍了光学设计原理和像差理论的知识,其中包含了远心光路的一些特点,最后分析了设计要求得到要设计的投影物镜的各个参数,结合以前设计的投影物镜,设计出符合要求的投影物镜并进行了公差分析。本文根据以往的投影物镜设计经验,分析投影物镜的结构选择,给出投影物镜的参数分配。大屏幕的投影物镜要求像质好,尤其对色差和畸变的要求很高。单个LCOS像素的大小为8.1um,通过分析投影物镜的色差要小于半个像素即4um,畸变小于0.5%。优化过程中通过玻璃材料的配合和优化函数的设定来控制色差的大小。最终优化设计出一款折转角为90度、F数2.3、焦距为9.4mm、远心度小于1度、色差小于半个像素4um、畸变小于0.3%、投影尺寸为65英寸、总长度符合要求的LCOS投影物镜,该系统采用一片塑料非球面,所采用的玻璃材料均为国内常用玻璃材料。组后LCOS投影物镜进行了公差分析,得出了符合企业工艺性能的适合批量生产的公差数据,结果令人满意。

【Abstract】 With the development of TV technology, large screen, thin, high resolution and image quality good will become mainstream. projection television,particularly LCOS projection television will be one of the future direction of development. Projection TV light engine is one of the core components. As imaging devices, within a short distance required to achieve a large magnification without distortion, and good clear picture quality.This article first introduces the LCOS chip LCOS technology and technical characteristics, then for the application of plastic aspheric introduces plastic aspheric design features and design principles; and a brief description of the optical design principles and aberration theory of knowledge, which includes the distal Some optical characteristics of the final analysis of the design requirements are to design the various parameters of the projection lens, combined with previous designs of projection lens, designed to meet the requirements of the projection lens and make a tolerance analysis. Requirements of large screen projection lens demand excellent image quality, especially color and distortion. The size of a single pixel LCOS 8.1um, the color difference by analyzing the projection lens is less than half of the pixels that 4um, distortion less than 0.5%. Optimization process with the glass material by optimizing the function and color settings to control the size.The final optimized design a turning angle of 90 degrees, F number of 2.3, the focal length is 9.4mm, less than 1 degree telemetric, lateral color is less than half a pixel 4um, distortion less than 0.3%, projection size is 65 inches, total length to meet the requirements of the LCOS projection lens, the system uses a plastic non-spherical, glass materials are used in glass materials commonly used in China. LCOS projection lens group conducted after the tolerance analysis, gets the business process performance in line with the tolerance for mass production data, with satisfactory results.
