郑州地铁工程项目施工安全管理研究

【摘要】 地铁工程建设项目在施工过程中,为降低事故发生概率,减少财产损失,确保施工项目的顺利完成,项目安全管理工作在发挥着极其重要的作用。郑州地铁工程建设项目的施工是一项复杂的过程,由于地下作业、施工条件复杂、技术含量高、建设目标要求高等,存在较多不安全因素。实现地铁工程建设项目安全管理目标,是保证施工进度、质量、成本等管理目标的前提条件。因此,地铁施工工程项目施工过程中如果安全生产没有保障,则其他目标就不能够顺利的完成,更无从谈起施工人员自身的安全以及地铁工程施工和其毗邻环境的安全。通过制定科学、合理的安全管理的技术措施和实施方案,可以进一步有效管理生产安全工作,保证安全生产,从而保障建设项目的质量及进度目标。为此,本论文研究郑州地铁工程项目施工安全管理。本文首先阐述了在郑州地铁工程施工过程中,危险源的识别和辨识,并利用作业条件评价法来评价该工程项目危险源风险大小,简单易行、操作性强,并验证该方法在评价地铁工程建设项目危险源风险的可行性。接着,在介绍地铁工程项目施工安全技术措施计划的编制的依据、原则的基础上,通过调查和分析,从安全管理和安全技术两方面制订了相应的计划措施；同时,就安全教育的进行、安全生产技术交底的落实和安全责任的追究,制订具体的措施和方案,保证安全保证体系的顺利运行,确保生产安全。本文以期通过高效的、科学的安全管理的方法和技术手段,实现安全质量标准化,减少和避免施工过程中的安全事故的发生,以维护生命和财产的安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to ensure the successful completion o f the construction projects and reduce the probability of accident s and property loss, safety management plays an important role in process of construction. Zhengzhou Metro construction is a complex production process, due to underground work, complicated construction conditions, high-tech content and so on, there are a lot of unsafe factors. However, Accomplishment of safety management goals will assure construction progress, quality and cost target. If there is enough safety assurance, other targets can not be accomplished smoothly let alone security of project personnel and project team’s assets.Through reasonable and scientific development of safety measures and management program, accidents could be further avoided and ensure safety production, product quality and targeted progress. Therefore, the paper studies on safety management of Zhengzhou subway project program. First, the paper clarifies identification of danger sources during construction process, uses work condition evaluation method to evaluate danger source risk, simple and strong operational, and tests feasibility of this evaluation method. Then, the paper, based on introduction of basis and principles of plan establishment about safety technology measures of subway project, makes corresponding plans from such two aspects as safety management and safety technology through research and analysis. At the same time, the paper conducts safety education, safety technology disclosure and responsibility implementation, and develops specific technical measures for this program to ensure the smooth operation of the design system.
