DK集团重组中人力资源整合研究

【摘要】 面对新军事变革的发展,以及市场竞争的不断加剧,兵器工业集团提出了实施结构调整和产业重组的战略决策。DK集团的组建是全面提升兵器信息化转型能力,扩大兵器行业电子规模,实现产研融合、资源整合、能力综合,加强军品电子信息核心能力建设,满足我军向信息化战略转型对兵器工业新期待的需要。企业重组,只有通过一系列的整合措施,才能形成统一清晰的发展方向,实现组织能力的跨越式提升,才能实现重组的战略目标。人力资源的整合是企业重组能否实现资源的优化组合和提高资产运营效率的关键,也是企业重组能否真正成功的关键。本文从DK集团重组整合的背景出发,阐述了人力资源整合的重要性和必要性。结合人力资源管理和人力资源整合的相关理论知识,分析了DK集团开展人力资源整合所面临的现状、所需要解决的问题、指出了人力资源整合的目的和所需要遵循的原则,提出了人力资源整合的具体策略,以及促进人力资源整合、更好推动人力资源效用发挥的措施。通过本文的研究,为DK集团人力资源整合工作指明了方向、提出了方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of Revolution in Military Affairs and the rise of the market competition, China North Industries Group Corporation has put forward the strategic decision including structural adjustment and industrial reorganization. The group establish of DK Enterprise requires the improvement of the ability of informational weapons transformation, expansion of the electronic scale of arms industry, the achievement of industry amalgamation, resource integration and ability synthesis, improvement of core competence of military item electronic information, meeting the new demands of informational transformation in arms industry.Business consolidation can only form the unified and clear development direction and accelerate the improvement of organizing ability, as well as achieve the strategic goal of recombination, by a series of merger measures. The integration of human resource is the key to the success of the resource organization and improvement of the asset working efficiency, and the success of business consolidation.From the aspect of the consolidation and integration of the DK Enterprise, this article states the significance and necessity of human resource integration. Using relevant theories and knowledge of human resource management and integration, this article analyses the current condition and the problems of the human resource integration, points out the aim and principles, proposes specific statics and measures to promote human resource integration and bring it into play.Through the study of this article, direction can be pointed out and measures can be put forward for the work of human resource integration of DK Enterprise.更多还原
