印钞造币专用机械生产管理与运作研究

【摘要】 本学位论文对印钞造币专用机械的生产组织的全过程进行研究,对各阶段的历史数据进行统计分析,针对当前生产现状和过程存在的一些主要问题,提出一些适用的、可行的解决方案。采用并行工程技术原理组织设计、制造和装配过程,提升生产能力和效率,缩短零件制造周期；利用PDM产品数据管理系统有效管理产品实现过程数据,并根据工厂设计管理过程实际需要进行了有效的二次开发；实施物料控制和装配生产节拍需求节点控制,提高了装配的作业效率和过程节拍的一致性；开发了生产作业现场信息化管理数据系统,具备检验、查询、统计、报表等多项功能,实时监控生产作业现场动态信息,提高了计划及调度控制的精准能力。论文通过多方面的研究与管理及技术实施,提升了印钞造币专用机械的生产过程管理水平,提高了作业效率及生产能力,使整个生产作业及管理系统有效运转,高效、低耗、及时地生产合格产品,为实现“优质安全保发行”提供了装备保障。同时,论文中提出的一些观点和实施途径也可为同类生产特点的生产提供实际理论及应用实施方面的借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This scientific disseration is a subject investigated with the over produce process of the special purpose machines of Printing and Minting.Statistical analysis about the historical data, in connection with the main problem of current manufucturing situation, and put forward some resolved proposal with in-point and feasible to achieves or carry point of improving the level of produce management for special conforming product with highly active and low consumption and without delay. Providing with equipment protection to realize excellent quality and security and ensure issue.Take with the CE technology and improving the produce effectively to reduce the time of produce in the process of mechanical design and manufucturing and assembling. Management the process data efficiently by PDM system. Carry out of logistics control, research the system of information, according with the process efficiency of assembly. Designing the informational management system which with multiple such as insection & statistical & seek function etc.Meanwhile, in the disseration, which issuses of some view point and the action theory is possible to provide the utilize others producing with the same type of characteristic.更多还原
