QT9-15混凝土砌块成型自动化生产线控制系统开发

【摘要】 随着现代建材业的快速发展,对混凝土砌块成型设备的智能化显得举足轻重。而国内外的技术差距也是相当大的。我国混凝土砌块成型设备自动化程度不高、噪音大、故障率高。想进口混凝土砌块成型设备,但其价格昂贵,从而国内对智能化的混凝土砌块成型设备需求尤为迫切。因而国内市场急需研制一种智能化、成本低、性能优越的混凝土砌块成型自动化生产线设备。本文以QT9-15混凝土砌块成型自动化生产线为研究对象,在分析混凝土砌块成型生产流程及控制要求基础之后,综合运用先进控制技术、系统集成技术、远程服务技术、可靠性设计技术,研制了一套混凝土砌块成型生产线系统。为实现混凝土成型自动化生产线的智能化做出了一定的贡献。本论文着重研究了QT9-15混凝土砌块成型自动化生产线的结构布局及工艺、生产线控制器和PLC模块的选型、控制系统可靠性设计、PLC关键程序设计、生产线监控触摸屏程序开发、上位机与下位机通信机制的研究、企业级上位机程序设计等关键技术。论文中借助于WPLsoft、ScreenEditor、C#2.0、数据库等软件,完成了混凝土砌块成型自动化生产线PLC控制程序设计、过程控制级触摸屏程序设计、上位机软件系统的设计与开发,实现了整条生产线的现场级控制、过程级控制、企业级控制以及远程故障监控、诊断与维护等功能。

【Abstract】 With the development of modern building materials industry, the concrete block making machine becomes more and more important. Now the technology gay is quite wide between home and broad. In our country, the concrete block making machines appear that low-level of automation,high noise level, and high failure rate. If the concrete block making machines are imported, the high price hider our step. So the demand of intelligent concrete block making machine is quite urgent in domestic market. A kind of intelligent low-cost, superior-peformance machine is needed to be designed.This paper will discuss the concrete block making machine. On the basis of the analysis of concrete block making technology process and performance requirement, the advanced control technique, system integration technique, remote services technique and reliability design technique were applied, a concrete block making machine was developed which contributed to the development of concrete block making machine. This paper will research the technology of concrete block making machine, including the struction.the type of actuator and PLC. the reliable control, the key code of PLC, the code of touchscreen, the communication between upper monitor and lower computer and the enterprise-level montor’s code. WPLsoft, screenEditor, C#2.0 database were used to complete the design task and to realize the real-time control, process control, enterprise-level control and remote monitoring, diagnose and maintenance.
