多模成型装药的药型罩结构设计

【摘要】 多模成型装药是指根据不同的毁伤目标而自适应选择不同模式毁伤元,如大炸高小穿深的爆炸成型弹丸(Explosive Formation Penetration—简称EFP)、具有大穿深的聚能高速金属射流和聚能杆式侵彻体(国外称之为JPC, Jetting Projectile Charge)。为了使得同一弹药能对付战场中出现的多种目标,多模成型装药成为当前成型装药技术研究的热点问题之一。本文主要针对多模成型装药研究的关键技术之一——药型罩结构参数与多模毁伤元的匹配关系研究。基于成型装药基本理论及多模毁伤元形成理论,采用LS-DYNA仿真软件,数值仿真研究了成型装药毁伤元形成过程,得到了次口径药型罩结构参数与毁伤元成型参数之间的变化规律曲线。建立多模成型装药结构模型,选取药型罩结构参数曲率半径和壁厚仿真计算方案,分析计算结果,并进行了Matlab三维作图,找出了形成多模毁伤元的药型罩结构参数范围,当药型罩曲率半径为0.7~0.9倍装药口径,药型罩壁厚为0.40~0.56倍装药口径时,此时所形成的多模毁伤元EFP和JPC均满足课题试验项目的指标要求。最后,进行了多模毁伤元成型及侵彻的试验研究,试验结果与仿真结果较一致,为今后进一步研究多模战斗部提供了参考依据。

【Abstract】 Multimode warhead can choose different penetrators to suit different battlefields. Such as Explosively Formed Penetrator(EFP),Jet and Jetting Penetrator Charge(JPC).In order to meet the requirement of each target in the battlefields with the same ammunition, researching multimode shaped charge has been one of the important issue in the field of the shaped charge.This paper studied the matching relations between configuration parameters of hemispherical liner and multimode penetrators,which is one of the key technology of multimode shaped charge.Depending on researching the shaped charge theories and the formed conditions of multimode penetrators, the formation course of multimode penetrators is investigated by means of numerical imitation,the change law curves of configuration parameters of hypo-caliber hemispherical liner and multimode penetrators was gained.The structure model of multimode shaped charge was founded,choosing numerical simulation project of curvature radius and thickness of hemispherical liner and analyzing the result, the range of configuration parameters of hemispherical liner to form preferable EFP and JPC penetrators was received by three-dimensional chart analysis with matlab,when curvature radius of liner was 0.7~0.9 times charge caliber, thickness of liner was 0.40~0.56 times charge caliber,the formation of multimode penetrators was accorded with the trial item desire.Finally,the experiment of forming multimode penetrators is carried out,which checked out theorical reserach and numerical imitation.By comparing the simulation and trial, both results are in good agreement, which provided reference for the more design of multimode warhead.
