短电弧加工机理研究

【摘要】 短电弧加工技术的问世,到短电弧加工机床的成功研制,经过短短数年发展,该类技术和机床已经被广泛的运用于企业中,并得到肯定。短电弧加工技术丰富了特种加工领域的技术种类,它为高硬度、高强度、高韧性的导电材料的加工提供了一种高效的技术。但是这种技术尚在成长阶段,并不完全成熟。主要表现在其加工机理研究的不透彻,使得其在精加工领域的发展受到限制。因此,本文对短电弧加工机理进行深入探究。通过对放电加工理论知识的研究和短电弧加工技术的实验数据的总结,希望发掘出短电弧加工的一些规律。基于此,本论文主要完成了以下内容:学习研究当前世界主流的各种类型的特种加工以及放电加工原理和电弧的放电理论,总结出这些特种加工方法对难加工材料加工的规律和特点,同时推导同样属于放电加工领域的短电弧加工的规律和机理,为短电弧的加工机理研究提供方法论。设计并完成了短电弧加工技术的电流信号采集系统,并且验证了短电弧加工过程的电流变化规律。设计并完成了短电弧加工机床对难加工材料的试切性加工试验,验证了对难加工材料的有效去除加工的可行性。设计并完成了寻求影响短电弧加工的效率和质量的非电参数的正交试验。设计并完成了混合气液介质对短电弧加工稳定性影响的实验。通过借助于高速摄像机观察短电弧加工过程的实验,直观地验证了短电弧在放电加工过程中放电通道的特性。

【Abstract】 Since the Short-arc Processing technology has been appeared, and the short arc processing machine tool was successful developed, after a few years of development, such techniques and machine tool have been widely used and recognized in the enterprises.The Short-arc Processing technology enriches the field of special processing of the type of technology, it provides an efficient processing technology as high hardness, high strength, high toughness of the conductive material. However, it is in the growth stage of this technology and it is still not fully mature. Mainly in the processing mechanism is not thorough, making the development of the field in finishing is limited.Therefore, the mechanism of the short arc process was researched in depth in this dissertation. Through the theoretical knowledge of EDM arc processing technology and the short summary of the experimental data, hoping to explore some rules of the short arc process. Based on this, this dissertation has completed following contents:The current mainstream of the various types of special processing world had been studied and researched, and discharge and arc discharge machining principle theory were researched too. It summed up the rules and characteristics on the special processing method for processing difficult materials, and it derive the same area belonging to the short arc discharge machining processing Laws and mechanisms, and this provided a methodology for the mechanism of the short arc process research.It has designed and completed a short arc current signal processing technology acquisition system, and has verified the current short arc process variation. This has designed and completed a short arc difficult to machine materials, machine tools for cutting of the trial process trials to test for the effective removal of difficult materials processing.It has designed and completed the orthogonal tests about seeking to influence the short arc machining efficiency and quality of the non-electric parameters.It has designed and completed a mixture of liquid medium on the stability of the short arc machining experiment. With high-speed video camera through the observation of the short arc process of the experiment, visually verify that the short-arc discharge process in the discharge channel characteristics.
