风电机组传动系统动态性能研究及疲劳分析

【摘要】 风电机组传动系统是风力发电机的重要组成部分,其性能的好坏直接影响着风机能否正常运行。本文把UG、ANSYS、ADAMS、ROMAX等软件有机的结合起来,充分运用各软件的优势功能,对大型风电机组传动系统进行设计分析及研究,主要内容如下:1)本文遵照国家相关设计标准,重新布置了750KW风力发电机组传动系统的结构形式,并对传动系统各部件进行参数设计,并借助UG软件中建立传动系统三维虚拟样机模型。2)运用ADAMS软件,在多工况下对风电传动系统进行了刚柔多体的动力分析。验证了设计模型的可行性;得出了高速齿轮轴是传动系统最容易损坏的部件,冲击载荷对系统稳定性影响很大,在风电机组的起动和制动阶段容易引起系统的振动的结论。3)运用ANSYS软件对传动系统关键部件进行模态分析,通过分析找出了结构振型与频率的关系,在设计过程尽量避免共振点,提高系统稳定性。4)运用ROMAX软件对传动系统进行疲劳分析。根据风电齿轮箱的设计参数在ROMAX软件中建立了平行轴部分的模型,根据风电机组实际运行状况建立了风电机组载荷谱,对齿轮和轴承进行了疲劳分析计算。

【Abstract】 The wind turbine drive-train is an important component of the wind turbine generator and its performance directly affect on normal operation of wind turbine. This thesis make full use of the advantage of the UG, ANSYS, ADAMS, ROMAX software to do design analysis and research on the transmission of large wind turbine,mainly as follows:1) This thesis comply with relevant national design standards, rearranged transmission system structure form of the 750KW WTG and designed components of the drive system parameters. In the UG software create transmission system of 3d virtual prototyping model.2) In ADAMS software, proceed rigid-flexible multi-body dynamic analysis of the wind turbine drive-train under more conditions Verify the feasibility of the design model; obtained the conclusion: high-speed gear shaft is the most easily damaged parts in transmission system; the impact load in the wind generator affect the system stability; the starting and braking phase is apt to cause the system vibration.3) Using the ANSYS software do the modal analysis on the key components of transmission system, through the modal analysis to discover the relation of structure vibration model and the frequency in order to avoid resonance and improve the system stability.4) In ROMAX software conduct fatigue analysis on the drive system. According to the design parameters of wind turbine gearbox ROMAX software established parts of the parallel shaft model, based on the actual operation situation of the wind turbine establish load spectrum and do the fatigue analysis and calculation of gears and bearings under the load spectrum.
