核电站电气监控系统组网研究

【摘要】 当前,国家大力发展核电装机和推进核电国产化进程,国内核电工程建设方兴未艾,随着技术的不断发展和实践经验的积累,我国核电技术开始高水平地起步,已经开始自主设计、安装、调试核电DCS (Distributed Control System)系统,大幅度提高了核电站自动化水平。而核电站电气监控网络则侧重于核电站电气系统的监控,其技术和管理水平相对滞后DCS系统的发展,是核电站自动化发展的“短板”,由于核电机组对电气系统的安全、经济运行的要求高,常规的分散监测和控制方式已经不适应当前的形式发展。在大力发展核电技术和推进国产化的背景下,研究核电站电气监控系统的组网,能够提升核电站电气设备的技术和管理水平,能够协调核电站仪控与电气自动化的同步发展,能够全面提高核电站的自动化水平和管理水平,能够提升增强核电站低成本的优势和竞争能力,本课题具有非常重要的现实意义。本文根据火电站电气监控系统的实例进行技术分析和经济分析,根据核电站电气系统的结构特点,参考目前火电站的工程实践以及电气监控系统的技术方案,利用现场总线这项先进技术,对核电站电气监控系统的组网方案进行研究论证,对各种组网方案进行了详细的论述比较,特别对现场总线组网方案的实时性和可靠性进行了分析,得出了各种组网方案的优缺点。在进行充分的研究和分析的基础上,提出了利用现场总线技术进行核电站电气监控系统的组网方案,该方案和其他方案比较,有着技术先进、节省投资、维修方便的明显优点,随着核电技术的发展,利用现场总线技术组成电气监控网络的方案将会得到广泛的应用。

【Abstract】 Currently, our country develops installed of the nuclear power and advances domestic participation process of the nuclear power hardly, domestic nuclear power project has just been unfolding, with technology continues to evolve and the accumulation of practical experience, high level of the nuclear power technology in China began to start, which has begun to independently design, install and test distributed control system of the nuclear power, greatly improved the automation level of the nuclear power plant.However, the nuclear power plant electrical monitoring network will focus on monitoring the nuclear power plant electrical system, their technical and management level has lagged behind the development of DCS, which is the "shortcoming" for development of the nuclear power plant automation, as the high requires of the nuclear power unit on the electrical system safety、economic operation, dispersed monitor and control of conventional methods no longer meet the current form of the development. In the context of developing nuclear power technology and advancing domestic participation, researching network of electrical monitoring system, can enhance electrical equipment technology and management level of the nuclear power plant, coordinate simultaneous development in instrumentation and electrical automation of the nuclear power plant, comprehensively improve the level of automation and management level of the nuclear power plant, enhance the advantage of the lower costs and competitiveness of the nuclear power plant, so this topic has very important practical significance.According to the example of the fossil-fuel power plant on electrical monitoring system, this article carried on technical analysis and economic analysis, and according to the structural features of the nuclear power plant electrical system, reference to the engineering practice of the fossil-fuel power plant and technology method of the electrical monitoring system, using the advanced technology of the field bus, this article carry out research and feasibility studies on networking scenario of the nuclear power plant on electrical monitoring system, and carried on compare to varieties of networking options, in particular, it carried on real-time and reliability analysis on field bus networking scenario, obtained the advantages and disadvantages of various network scenario. On the basis of carrying out a full research and analysis, by using the field bus technology, this article proposed network scenario of the nuclear power plant electrical monitoring system. Comparing the program and other programs, this has the obvious advantages of advanced technologies, saving investment, easy maintenance and so on. With the development of the nuclear power technology, by using field bus technology which composes the scenario of the electrical monitoring system, we believe it will be widely used.
