基于InforFlow工作流中间件的办公系统设计

【摘要】 随着信息技术和计算机技术的发展,工作流(Workflow)技术的应用越来越普及,行政管理的大部分流程几乎都要设计到工作流处理。而传统的行政办公系统由于没有将业务流程和业务逻辑相分立,即使业务逻辑没有变化,而只是改变业务流程,都必须修改整个程序才能满足实际需求,致使软件缺乏必要的灵活性,而且复用性不高。另外,在信息技术快速发展的今天,办公流程的变化更显现出多变性,因此,行政办公系统应该具有适应这些变化的灵活性。将工作流技术与行政管理系统相结合很好的克服了这些缺点,实现了系统中业务流程与业务逻辑的分离。工作流技术发展到今天,在其应用领域出现了大量相对成熟的工作流中间件,在这种背景下,如何利用工作流中间件开发出一套行政办公系统,具有非常重要的意义。本文对工作流技术的起源与发展,工作流的基本概念及工作流的国内外发展现状进行了研究,重点介绍了Inforflow工作流中间件的工作原理,还重点介绍了工作流管理系统中的流程元素,并详细描述了流程元素的设计过程,以及如何配置工作流管理系统、如何在工作流管理系统中设计工作流对象、如何实现工作流管理系统与开发人员的接口,最后结合淮安市地税局行政办公系统的实际需求,阐述了工作流运行过程中的权限控制。本系统运行以来,状况良好,能满足当前行政办公的需要,并在较大程度上改善了我们的工作效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of information technology and computer technology, Workflow technology application becomes more and more common. The most of administrative management relate to the workflow processing. However, the traditional administrative official business system does not separate business process from business logic, even if there is no change in business logic, but only with change in business process, the procedure must be revised to meet the actual demand, resulting software lacks the necessary flexibility, and reusability is not high. In addition, with the rapid development of information technology today, the changes in business process show dynamic variability, therefore, administrative official business system have the flexibility to adapt to these changes, workflow technology combining with administrative management system overcomes these weaknesses very well, realizes the separation of business process and business logic. Until nowadays there have been a lot of relative mature workflow middleware in workflow application field. Under the background, it is still practically significant to design an administrative official business system during workflow middleware.This paper introduces the origin and development, the basic concept, the current situation at home and abroad of the workflow technology, introduces the working principle of inforflow workflow middleware, the process elements of workflow management system, described the design process of process elements, and how to configuration workflow management system, how to design the workflow objects, how to achieve the interface between workflow management and developer. Finally, according to the actual requirement, emphasized the access control in the process of workflow running.Since the operation of the system, it condition is very stable, and meet current administrative business demand.
