机床固定结合面动态特性参数实验研究

【摘要】 论文基于国家重大科技专项“高档数控机床与基础制造装备”展开研究工作,以建立通用的结合面特性数据库,提高机床数字化动态设计精度为目的,对固定结合面的动态特性参数的识别进行了较为系统的研究。通过消除基础及其他部分影响,建立了固定结合面的测量模型,并通过选用模态仪器,在合理的激励方式下,建立了可实现多通道实时测量的测量平台,提高了结合面参数识别的精度。提出了实验装置的设计准则,在满足刚度、平稳性及通用性的前提下,设计了满足测量模型要求的实验装置,并对重要部件进行了有限元分析。通过分析固定结合面动态特性的主要影响因素,提取了固定结合面的特征参数并设计了实验方案。通过对数据采集前的模态分析软件设置过程、系统的振型判定以及matlab数据处理三个方面,详细讨论了结合面动态刚度和动态阻尼的参数识别过程,并在单位面积特征参数转换时对螺栓的影响进行了剔除。通过对所获得的大量试验数据整理分析,研究了结合面法向压强、表面粗糙度、材料及介质等因素对结合面动态刚度和动态阻尼的影响。应用实验获得的基础动态特性数据对滚动导轨测试平台中的固定结合面进行了有限元仿真分析,并通过力锤激励进行了模态试验,通过对比有限元分析结果和实验结果,证实了所获得数据的有效性。

【Abstract】 The study of this thesis is based on the research of "High grade CNC machine tool and basic manufacturing equipment".The research aims to build the joint characteristic parameter library and implove the machine tool’s dynamic design of precision.A systematic research on dynamic characteristic parameter of fixed joint’s identification is done in this paper.The measurement model of fixed joint is developed by eliminating the influence of base displacement.By selecting proper modal instruments and excitation signal, the real-time measurement platform of multi-channel is built to implove precision of joint parameter identification. The design requirements are considered in the design scheme, such as vibration stability, stiffness, generality. The validation of important component is done by finite element analysis.The experimental scheme is designed through analysis of fixed joint’s main influencing factors. In order to specify fixed joint stiffness and damping coefficient identification process, the modal software settings before measurement and the system’s mode shape inspection, as well as the data processing of MATLAB is discussed.In addion, the effect of screws is removed.in the unit area characteristic parameter conversion.Different factors such as normal pressure, surface roughness, materials and media of joint which have an influence on fixed joint dynamic stiffness and damping is dicussed by by collating the experimental data.The fixed joints in the test requirement of rolling guide is analyzied by using experimental data in ANSYS. In addion, the finite element analysis result and experimental result is compared, which confirms the validation of experimental data obtained.
