车窗电机生产线控制系统的研究

【摘要】 论文是对汽车零部件生产制造设备----汽车车窗升降电机生产线控制系统的研究,通过对生产线控制技术的研究和应用来提升企业的制造技术,提高企业的竞争力。本论文主要是基于现代化的控制技术和先进经验,对汽车车窗升降电机生产线控制系统的技术改进及应用。根据企业生产的实际需要,运用先进的电子与通信技术,与实际生产相结合,不断地改进和装备传统的生产制造设备,提升汽车零部件制造工业的自动化控制技术,通过技术改进实现原生产系统工作效率提高,消耗降低,设备故障减少。技术应用是企业走内涵式扩大再生产的一种主要方式,也是使汽车部件制造业能够和谐地与现代科学技术结合的体现。论文对车窗升降电机生产线控制系统进行了研究,分析了传统生产线的不足及存在的问题,以期找到解决问题的有效方法,即可编程控制技术以及现场总线控制技术等在电机生产线上的研究应用。车窗电机生产线由几十个工位组成,每个工位分别由现场总线控制技术与可编程控制器来控制,并分别配以伺服电机控制技术,人机界面技术,焊接技术,拧紧控制技术,各种传感检测技术等。车窗电机由多种零件组成,需要借助不同功能的设备,按照一定的工艺流程和控制要求把它们组装起来。在整个研究应用过程中,不仅需要应用先进的控制技术解决传统生产线效率低,产品质量不稳定,可靠性不高,产品换型时间长等问题,同时要保证生产设备高效稳定运行,并对生产过程中诸多过程控制参数进行实时监控,以满足生产工艺所提出的严格要求,实现其快速精确组装。

【Abstract】 This thesis is aiming at research of control system of window lift motor assembly line which is a part of automotive component manufacturing. Through the research and application of assembly line control technology, the manufacturing technology and competitiveness of the enterprise will be shifted significantly.The technical improvement and application of window lift motor assembly line control system refer to the application of modern technical achievements and advanced experience to improve the automatic control technology of automotive component industry. The enterprise launches advanced electric and communication technology based on the actual demands and continuously upgrades the traditional manufacturing equipment at the same time. Such kind of upgrading will improve the efficiency of the original manufacturing system and reduce the energy consumption, in parallel the down time will be minimized. It’s regarded as a key measure for expansion and reflects the combination of modern science and technology for automotive component industry.The thesis will focus on research of control system of window lift motor application of PLC technology and profibus technology on motor assembly line. Window lift motor assembly line is consisting of more than a dozen work stations, each work station is controlled by profibus technology and PLC combined with servo motor control, interface, welding, screwing and various sensor detection technologies.Window lift motor is made up by kinds of components, the motor is assembled with assistance of equipment with different functions by defined working processes and control requirements. In the whole course of research, advanced control technology will help to solve the problems like low efficiency, unstable quality, poor reliability, long change-over time and etc, at the same time, the manufacturing equipment must be running in a stable and efficient way and be able to perform simultaneous control of process parameters to meet the strict requirement defined by manufacturing process for quick and accurate assembly.
