【摘要】 为了探讨我国举办的大型体育赛事对城市规划建设的影响,为我国今后大型体育赛事的规划建设以及城市规划建设提供理论参考,本文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、个案法分析了大型体育赛事对城市规划建设的影响。文章主要以北京2008年奥运会、广州2010年亚运会、济南2009年全运会、2003年第五届全国城市运动会——长沙市四个赛事为案例,从大型体育赛事对城市总体规划、城市生态规划建设、城市交通规划建设、城市场馆规划建设四个方面的影响进行分析。研究认为：(1)大型体育赛事的举办能加快城市规划建设发展的步伐,优化城市空间结构,促进实现城市总体规划目标。(2)大型体育赛事的举办会永久性破坏当地的植被、土壤等自然因素,还会给自然生态环境带来很大的污染和破坏,这是值得政府高度重视的方面之一。(3)大型体育赛事可以推动举办城市交通设施的更新和建设,对促进城市交通基础设施的规划建设具有积极的推动作用,举办城市大多都会对城市公共交通进行规划和采取相应的管理措施来确保居民的日常出行和工作。(4)大型体育赛事的举办经常出现场馆闲置和背负债务等问题。但举办城市如果能很好地利用大型体育赛事科学合理地规划场馆设施,并采取正确的措施开发和利用场馆资源,可以实现城市建设的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to discuss the impact of major sports hosted in China on urban planning and construction and to provide theoretical reference to the planning and construction of the coming major sports in China as well as the urban planning and construction, this paper analyzes the impact of major sports on urban planning and construction through literature material, expert interview and case method. The paper takes the four sports as cases, such as the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, the Guangzhou 2010 Asian Games, the Jinan 2009 National Games and the Changsha National City Games 2003, and analyzes the impact of major sports on the four aspects, such as the general urban planning, urban ecological planning and construction, urban traffic planning and construction, and venue planning and construction in cities. The research shows that (1) the hosting of major sports is conducive to quickening the steps towards the general planning and construction of cities, reinforcing the regional center position, optimizing urban spatial structure, and thus promoting the realizing of the general planning and construction of cities; that (2) the hosting of major sports may produce some pollution and damages to natural ecological system, however, as the relevant policy formulated and the sense of environmental protection fostered, this is worth government attached great importance to one of the aspects; that (3) the major sports can not only boost the rehabilitation and construction of the traffic infrastructures of the host city, but also drive up the traffic planning and construction of the city and will improve it; and that (4) the hosting of major sports, more often than not, gives rise to the idle venues and bearing debt. The prospect of development for the host city is to utilize the scientific and proper planning of major sports and to take correct measurements to develop and use the venue resources, with a purpose of the perfect combination of the venue and the city.更多还原
