教师课程意识视野下我国高校本科教学改革

【摘要】 本科教学改革一直是我国高等教育改革的焦点,但这些教学改革都没有取得预期的效果。以往的教学改革虽然将教师教学质量的提高纳为教学改革的重点,但这些提高教师教学水平等措施都是教育当局给予教师的“指令”,而很少从教师自身的角度出发去探究教学改革之路。所以,对教师课程意识的内涵及要素进行思考,并以此为角度来审视我国高校本科教学改革既具有理论价值又具有实践意义。教师课程意识是教师提高其教学水平的一种自我意识,其本质是将课程主体意识、课程设计意识、课程资源意识、课程评价意识等融入到教学前后,并及时进行反思。教师课程意识决定了教学价值取向、新课程观念、教学模式、课程资源以及教学评价等五个方面。但是在实践中,我国高校本科教学改革中尚存在教师课程意识缺失而导致本科教学改革无法取得良好效果的问题。在教师课程意识视野下,要改变目前本科教学改革的现状,必须通过给予教师充足的权力以及倡导课堂教学对话来强化教师课程主体认知;从促进教师提升自身专业素养认识以及帮助教师努力提升反思意识这两方面来提高教师课程设计能力;通过引导教师树立正确的课程资源观、引导教师努力提高课程资源开发与利用能力来培养教师课程资源开发与利用能力;丰富多元的课程评价对象与方法来建构教师发展性的课程评价体系。

【Abstract】 The teaching reform of undergraduate has become the focus of our higher education reform, but these teaching reforms were not achieved the desired results. Although the former teaching reforms regarded the improvement of teacher’s teaching quality as the key of teaching reform, these measures are all given by the education authorities, and it is rarely to explore the way of teaching reform from the teachers themselves. Therefore, to think about the content and elements of teacher’s consciousness, and to survey the undergraduate teaching reform under the point of view will make some theory and practice values.The teacher’s consciousness is a kind of self- consciousness, which could improve the teacher’s teaching level, and its essence is to integrate the teacher’s curriculum subject consciousness, the teacher’s curriculum design consciousness, the teacher’s curriculum resource consciousness and the teacher’s curriculum evaluation consciousness into the teaching, and think them deeply. The teacher’s consciousness decided the orientation of the teaching, the new curriculum concept, the teaching modes, the curriculum resources and the evaluation of teaching and so on. However, in the practice, the shortage of the teacher’s consciousness resulted in many problems on teaching reform. Under the point of teacher’s consciousness, in order to change the present situation, the teachers should be given sufficient power and proposing the classes dialogue to strengthen the teacher’s self- consciousness. To improve the teacher’s ability of the curriculum design by developing their professional accomplishment and helping the teachers improve their self-examination consciousness. Develop the ability of curriculum resource exploitation and using by guiding the teachers to built the teacher’s the correct view of curriculum resources and improving their developing skill of curriculum exploitation and the utilization rate of resources. Constructing the deplomental course evaluation system by rich diversity of evaluation objects and methods.
