论语文教师的课堂智慧

【摘要】 教育智慧是人类智慧在教育情境下的展现,教学智慧属于其下位概念,是一种体现在教学过程中的教育智慧,是指在教学实践过程中生成和运用的一切智慧,不仅涵盖了教育者个体的理论智慧和实践智慧,还包括受教育者在学习过程中运用的智慧。语文教师课堂智慧属于教学智慧中的一种,专指语文教师特有的、在具体的课堂教学情境下彰显的教学智慧,本文将其定义为:在特定的语文课堂情境中,语文教师的学识、素养、情感、机智和能力的集合体现,表现为语文教师随机应变地调整和掌控课堂教学环境,能照顾全体学生,协调好师生、生生之间的关系,恰当处理教材,充分利用生成的教学资源,灵活运用教学方法,适时融合自己的灵感于教学中,宏观调控和机智驾驭课堂,有效促成预设和生成的统一。本论文对语文教师课堂智慧从四大方面进行了分析和研究:第一部分,界定核心概念。通过对智慧、教育智慧、教学智慧等概念的多角度、多层次解读,揭示语文教师课堂智慧内涵的特殊性,并予以定义。第二部分,概述语文教师课堂智慧。分别从语文教师课堂智慧的特征、类型、功能等方面进行论述,进一步诠释语文教师课堂智慧之内涵。第三部分,论述语文教师课堂智慧的生成。详细分析了影响语文教师课堂智慧生成的因素、生成应具备的条件及其生成的途径和方法。第四部分,研究语文教师课堂智慧的运用。主要从语文教师课堂智慧的运用原则、运用时机及运用策略三个方面进行分析和探讨。

【Abstract】 Education Wisdom is the reflection of human beings education scene, and the TEACHING WISDOM is derived from it.The teaching wisdom which does only appear during the class teaching refers to all the wisdom formed or used in the process of class teaching.The coverage of it is not only the theoretical and practice wisdom of teacher, but also the study wisdom of educatee Teachers’Chinese teaching class wisdom is a kind of wisdom included in teaching wisdom, which especially refers to the teacher’s wisdom during the Chinese teaching.And in this article, the Chinese teaching class wisdom is defined as teachers’combination teaching ability of knowledge coverage, attainment, sensibility and eutrapelia.The typical behave are as following:in charging of the class rhythm, dealing the teacher-students’relationship very well, aptitude of resource using, flexible of teaching method, felicity of emotion using, and maneuvering of macroscopical enthusiasm.The teachers’Chinese teaching class wisdom is researched and analyzed in this article, and the organization structure is as follows:Part one, excavating the core definition of teachers’Chinese teaching class wisdom by the method of analyzing the description of wisdom, education wisdom, class teaching wisdom, and finding out these descriptions inner relationship.Part two, discussing the meaning of teachers’Chinese teaching class wisdom form different view, such as:the characteristic, the classification, the function, et, and annotating the inner meaning of it.Part three, discussing the formation of teachers’Chinese teaching class wisdom.And analyzing the reason and in what condition the teachers’ Chinese teaching class wisdom can be formed.Part four, studying the application of teachers’ Chinese teaching class wisdom.In this part, the usage principle, the usage occasion as well as the usage strategy of teachers’ Chinese teaching class wisdom are discussed.
