微量注射泵控制系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 微量注射泵(简称微量泵)是一种新型泵力仪器,用于将少量液体准确、定时定量的灌注或抽取。它的应用非常广泛,在临床医疗中,已应用于内科、外科、重症监护和手术室等临床各科室的输液治疗,它将药物精确、均匀、持续地泵入血管内,有效的减轻了医护人员工作量。在生命化学科学实验室里,经常使用微量注射泵对动物进行注射,在食品安全监控对农、兽药进行残留检测过程中,进行色谱分析时的进样也要用到微量注射泵。本设计为国家自然科学基金仪器科学研究专项课题“食品安全分析用在线式全自动样品前处理装置研制”中的一部分。旨在开发一套性能优越的多通道微量送液系统,能进行匀加减速注射,具有精度高,能同时联动控制6台注射泵工作,且具有计算机智能控制的特点。使用Microsoft Visual C++6.0开发工具设计一款上位机监控软件,实现计算机实时控制。硬件采用ARM+FPGA构建的高性能嵌入式系统,充分发挥了ARM处理器强大的数据处理能力和丰富的资源以及FPGA优越的逻辑时序功能和并行处理的优点.同时采用高细分的步进电机驱动器提高注射精度,并且在系统里融入了传感器技术,增加光电传感器和压力传感器,实现闭环控制和对微量注射器的保护。本文阐述了将计算机技术,传感器技术,电子技术综合应用于注射泵系统的研究与开发,并成功应该用于化学色谱分析前处理装置,具有很重要的实际意义。

【Abstract】 Micro-injection pump is a new type of pump power equipment, small amount of liquid used to accurately timing and quantitative extraction or perfusion. it is widely used in clinical medicine, have been used in internal medicine, surgery, intensive care and operating room and other clinical departments of infusion treatment. It put drugs precise, uniform, continuous pumping vessels, effectively reducing the health care worklord. The paper based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of mico-injecion pump in domestic market, and found that the injection pump have some problem such as lack of precision, expensive, and only have a single channel of uniform injection function. Using Microsoft visual C++ 6.0 development tools to design a pc monitoring software to achieve real-time control. Hardware use ARM and FPGA to built high performance embedded system. give full play to the powerful data processing capability of ARM processor,superior logic timing function and the advantage of parallel processing of FPGA processor. With stepping motor subdivision control to improve injection precision. Increase the pressure senor to protect the pump.The paper integrate the computer technology, senor technology and electronic technology in the research and development of the injection pump, and successfully used in chromatographic analysis of chemical pre-treatment device, have a very important practical significance.
