【摘要】 未成年人犯罪是现在世界各国普遍关注的一个社会问题,我国也不例外。特别是改革开放以来,我国未成年人犯罪日趋严重,未成年人已经上升成为我国犯罪的主体,并且其社会危害性非常大。据统计表明,20世纪80年代以来,我国的未成年人犯罪在刑事犯罪案例中所占的比例呈逐年上升趋势,90年代以后,虽然未成年人犯罪的总体情况呈下降趋势,但是在未成年人犯罪中严重危害社会治安的犯罪比例却逐年上升。未成年人犯罪同成人犯罪不同,它有其自身的特点,并且趋向于智能化、成人化、暴力化,农村未成年人犯罪、毒品犯罪,网络犯罪日益增加。未成年人犯罪的原因是多方面的,也是错综复杂的,既有自身原因,也有家庭、学校、社会的原因等。本文通过对监管场所未成年犯的调查与访谈,对比分析出未成年人犯罪的一系列原因,针对这一系列原因,在加强预防未成年人犯罪的同时,就如何从家庭、学校、人际关系、社会综合治理方面结合我国实际情况提出一些对未成年犯在监管场所进行教育矫治的可行性对策。对策有重视家庭的中心作用；巩固学校这一培养造就一代新人的阵地,加强学校教育；为未成年人营造一个良好的人际关系网；搞好社会综合治理和社区矫治。控制对策有对犯罪未成年人进行必要的刑事处罚,并注重处罚效果；加强对犯罪未成年犯在监管场所的教育改造,提高管教水平,对刑释解教的青少年做好社会帮教工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Juvenile crime is a concern of countries in the world is now a social problem, China is no exception. Do not heat in recent years, more and more serious juvenile crime in China has become the subject of crime, and the great social harm. Statistics show.that 80 years, China’s juvenile delinquency in the proportion of criminal cases, an upward trend,90 years later, although overall juvenile crime decreased, but in serious juvenile crime the proportion of crimes against public order has increased year by year. Adult crime, juvenile crime and different, it has its own characteristics, and tend to intelligent, adult, violent, rural juvenile crime, drug crime, cyber crime is increasing. Juvenile delinquency are many reasons, and it is complicated, both their own reasons, but also families, schools, social reasons and so on. This article on juvenile delinquency in China from their own reasons, family reasons, the school reasons, social reasons, personal reasons for several aspects of the analysis and thinking, strengthen the prevention of juvenile delinquency in the same time, on how family, school, relationships and social aspects of comprehensive management of the actual situation in our country made some minor correction in the supervision of the feasibility of workplace education countermeasures. Games with emphasis on the central role of the family; to consolidate schools and train a new generation of this position, strengthen school education; for minors to create a good personal relationships; improve comprehensive management of social and community treatment.
